As close to what my Aunt Dora cooked as far as excellent cooking and authenticity available for Alabama. The Chili 🌶️ Colorado was more authentic when they first opened but they had to tame the flavors down to appeal to Alabama taste buds.

3 different times I ordered chicken burrito , made it clear to them, only white cheese on top, they put red sauce on top, then scraped it off, leaving red sauce on top, and in rice, I’m allergic to it. Don’t do business with these dirt bag. I have zero review

Great fajita chicken salad and Pollo Verde. You can always bet on a good Mexican restaurant when the salsa is outstanding. El Herradura is a great go to when we are planning a trip to Huntsville.
