The food is really good! However, the customer service could be better. I just ordered a rice bowl with guac and chips. After paying, I noticed there were no chips in my bag. When asked for them, I was charged. I told the girl I asked for chips and guac and she said I told the other girl, not her. Excuse me? It is not my responsibility to communicate what I already ordered! Since she was the one I told, she should've rung me up at the register. Otherwise, she should've...
The food at Fiero Mexican Grill is great! In my opinion it is much better than chipotle or Moe's due to the authentic variety of meat and toppings. It would be easily upgraded to five stars if they were open for dinner but they have very limited hours.
I have been eating at Fiero since they first opened on a fairly consistent basis. Not as much as I used to since I now work remote, but I still eat here when I am in the area or meeting a coworker for lunch.
There are many other restaurants that I have dropped over the years where the quality of food or service has declined. Fiero has remained consistent with their food throughout this time and I love their tacos. Also, the employees are always nice and respectful.
