Slow to make others and don’t make online orders until they do the ones inside store defeating the purpose of online ordering. Then get annoyed and act like you are a burden and not a customer.

The workers here are super nice! I've always had a great experience here and visit it frequently. I also love the gf bun option. I was sad when they were out for a while. Thankful they have it back!

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and very thankful they have the gf bread. Sometimes I call ahead and make sure they have it.

Very slow. Ordered online for pick up, waited a total of 45 minutes from order time. Asked about my order after waiting in store for 20 minutes after my quoted pick up time, all I got was an unprofessional, "it's coming" with no other details, meanwhile people were coming in and leaving with food after I arrived. Are orders not prepared in order they are received? I will probably never order for "quick" order pick up again.

I ordered catering from this location for an event. I was called an hour before from the catering third party saying firehouse never received it and couldn’t fulfill our order. Very unprofessional! I even called this location and the people I spoke to were no help what so ever and said their manager wasn’t there. I had to call the jones valley location and they fulfilled our order! Very disappointed

My go to location. Makes them as you ask.

I have been a supporter for firehouse for a long time, but I’m genuinely getting tired of telling them don’t put this on my sandwich and then get it home, or bring it to my gf for lunch only to find out she won’t eat it because they don’t know how to read the instructions. The food was extremely messy as if they just slapped it together real quick and the employees really have no care about the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every time I go in there it’s filthy, tables are filthy drink machine nasty. I will no longer do business with this firehouse.

I really don’t like firehouse sub. Someone brought us lunch from there so I agreed. The chips were missing from our order, the manager said that I could stop by and pick them up. Very nice, no problem. The staff seemed to working good together. I would try them again with a different sub next time. I’ll give them a thumbs up
