Delicious sandwiches that were still warm when they were delivered. Was easily able to customize the toppings and condiments and even got extra pickles when asked for them. The sandwiches were a big hit with everyone.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love firehouse subs

I ordered catering from the memorial parkway location for an event. I was called an hour before from the catering third party saying firehouse never received it and couldn’t fulfill our order. I even called that location and the people I spoke to were no help what so ever and said their manager wasn’t there. I called you (jones valley location) and you were able to fulfill my order on time! I spoke with the owners and they were so helpful and flexible. I appreciated that!

I ordered 2 Italian subs for dinner tonite. This was the first ever order with Firehouse Subs and i noticed after i got home that neither sub had provolone cheese on them. I called the store but the person I spoke with didn't seem concerned. If I ever go back, I will definitely check the order myself. It is ironic though that there is a sticker on the bag that says my order was double checked for accuracy. Apparently not.
