Firehouse Subs Westside Center

I made a mistake on my online order because the customize options weren’t blatantly in my face and I was rushing to place the order and forgot. I realized as soon as I submitted it and called to let them know what I didn’t want on it. They were friendly and my order was completely correct when I arrived. They were even sweeping because they didn’t have anyone else in the store, when I know I would’ve been standing around 😂

Cashier was really hateful, didn't smile once, me , my youngest son, and 2 of his friends stopped in to grab a bite. We were the only customers there at the time, no one welcomed or greeted us when we walked thru the door or approached the counter to order, I saw the French dip advertisement on the window as I walked up to the door and thought I'd try it, it was hands down the best French dip I've ever ate! No lie! On point! The boys for was good too, the only downfall was the customer service from all the employees, but mostly from the lady behind the register. Her whole demeanor and body language was upset that we were even there. Store was not as clean as it should have been either, with us being the only customers for at least 2½hrs no one ever tried to clean the food off the tables or out from under the tables on the floor, we had to wipe a table ourselves just to sit and eat our meal.

Ordered sandwich with no bacon, of course once I get home there is bacon. I had to drive all the way back just for them to refund my sandwich not the full combo as if I didn't use gas and time to come back. No apologies or anything. Avoid this location.

Great and fast service. I left a tip for the team. The tip jar should be at the register. I almost didn't see it. The only issue was the bottom of bread got a little soggy from water in the bottom of the to go container. Otherwise a great overall experience.

I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken sub, which rarely disappoints. I got it to-go and it was delicious once I devoured it. Highly recommend a hot sub from here.

Thank you so much to Firehouse subs in Huntsville. They catered our lunch for Police Week. The food was ready on time. It was really good and they were very helpful.

It would have been more convenient to pick up the sandwiches in Madison but we couldn't get any help from anyone in that store. No one ever called us back 🤦‍♀️ after trying several times we just gave up and called Huntsville.
