Firehouse Subs Westside Center

I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken sub, which rarely disappoints. I got it to-go and it was delicious once I devoured it. Highly recommend a hot sub from here.

Typical sub experience. Decent serving. Customer service was just ok.

Thank you so much to Firehouse subs in Huntsville. They catered our lunch for Police Week. The food was ready on time. It was really good and they were very helpful.

It would have been more convenient to pick up the sandwiches in Madison but we couldn't get any help from anyone in that store. No one ever called us back 🤦‍♀️ after trying several times we just gave up and called Huntsville.

Everything was very professional

The girl who took my order should be more friendly. Just dry attitude. Not welcoming. I’m assuming she was new because she had to ask someone if the 4” was a small. I never been here before so I didn’t know how they do it. So apparently she was just going to leave the sandwich with meat and cheese, no additions.
I usually eat where I work (Publix) and I guess I’ll just stick to our sandwiches because we are required to provide premier customer service.

Also. Maybe I just didn’t know all the sandwiches came hot but I do not care for hot subs

Everything was delicious. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend! They serve coca cola products.

Very unprofessional location, they don’t speak, barely ask if they can even take your order. Came in at 430. Whole crew was terrible honestly.

The service at this location has been getting worse lately. There appears to be a lot of turnover of the employees. Not sure if it's a training issue or what. Getting simple orders wrong appears to be increasingly more common. The sandwiches have always been expensive so they need to be good quality to justify the expense. If this trend continues this location will go the way of Chipotle.

My favorite sub place now! I got the cajun turkey meal and it was only $10. I get the sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink! I am in love!
I also meant to say that I found this place on Veteran's Day when they offerred a free meal; the exact meal that is now my favorite. I endorse any place that values Veterans!

I am thankful for gluten free bread, and that Firehouse Subs has it for us gf people! This place has great food and great workers! Super nice folks!

The subs are normally correct. The service is decently fast but I never get my pickles. I always ask for extra and half the time I don’t even get one! What’s the point of asking if we want one if you aren’t even going to give it to us.
