Bring back the hot sauce bar and I’ll be back. This used to set Firehouse apart from the other sub joints, but now just the same. And when you ask for hot sauce packets it’s like you are bothering them and they give you maybe just 2 of standard run-of-the-mill sauce packets.

I had the BEST experience in a long time at the University Dr location. Joshua, Omarion and Victor were extremely helpful and patient in answering my 5 million questions. They kept smiles on their face which is just pleasing to see when it seems so nonexistent now. They were just WONDERFUL!!!
