This is a hidden gem, inside a place called stove house, overlooking a nice indoor and outdoor food court. The shwarma wrap with hot sauce and garlic was fantastic!
One of the best bites to eat in Huntsville. It's just pickup so there's no service or anything but the food is excellent. I come here all the time for the 32 oz bowl with the beef shawarma and kabob.

I asked the guy twice if you guys make the food fresh every day and he responded Yes...I got the beef kufteh with white rice and I'd say it was not fresh at all...the kufteh and rice were cold and dried already...the side vegetables were also not good...the only side dish I liked was baba-ghanoush...paid $15 for the food I didn't enjoy...I don't recommend this place!!

I visited this business with a group of my friends while celebrating a life event. The staff was so welcoming and incredibly friendly. We had never been before, and they were so accommodating with our questions. They helped all of us get a meal that we thoroughly enjoyed and were so happy to help us out. All of our food was amazing and the suggestions they made were perfect. We went in and immediately felt so special and left with smiles on our faces. Thank you so much to Abraham and the rest of the team here for celebrating with us and making our night so wonderful and memorable. I can’t wait to visit again, not only for the food but also for the people! Truly a phenomenal restaurant; I’m so happy that we visited.

My friends and I came here this evening to celebrate a promotion, I absolutely love falafel and this place is immaculate. The prices are great and I like how simple it is, you get a wrap or a bowl and choose what to put in it! I was getting my drink and talking to my friends and they brought me my food ? it was so kind. We will definitely be coming back here! Thanks so much for being so great! My friends and I all work in food-service and we love to see others who show compassion and care in their food as well fresh ingredients are always important to me and we all appreciated that. Thank y'all for being so great ❤️P.S. my fiance has come here in the past with coworkers on lunch and they recommended Fresko Grille to me, im glad I was finally able to try it with my closest friends ?Vegetarian options: Falafel and lots of fresh veggies!!

They offer you a lot of choices to create your desired bowl, salad, or wrap. I opted for chicken and grilled veggies - unfortunately the chicken was dry. Staff are super friendly but the price for what you get is a little high. I love mediterranean cuisine and feel like there are better choices in the Huntsville area.
Food was excellent and the staff was very helpful in giving suggestions. Would highly recommend and certainly will return. Plenty of seating outside. Cool area.

Fresko grille was a Mediterranean take on Chipotle. It's a quick grab and go type of meal so it was what I expected. I have a legume allergy and was able to eat here with no issues.

Had a delicious lunch with my wife at the Stovehouse. I tried Fresko for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Because it was my first visit, the staff was very nice and helpful. They guided me through the impressive variety of Mediterranean favorites and I came up with a delicious plate of food that popped with flavor. The restaurant was very clean and the process was simple to navigate. I look forward to my next visit where I can build my own bowl.

Ate here today for lunch at their Stovehouse location. I got the steak shawarma wrap and it was absolutely delicious! I got the basmati rice, cilantro hummus, tabouli, veggies, and spicy tahini. The flavors were so nice and fresh and for the price was a lot of food. The staff were very friendly and helped walk me through the ordering process. Would definitely try this again!
