Furniture Factory Bar & Grill

My friend and I were told to leave as soon as we walked in the door by security because she had a service dog. We repeatedly told him that it was illegal to kick us out due to having a service dog but he keep telling us we had to leave and no dogs of any kind are allowed.

I suggest that the owner(s) or management of this establishment properly train it's staff on the laws concerning service animals and discrimination against people with disabilities. How my friend was treated was completely unacceptable.

I’ve always enjoyed the other location, but it was my first time to try this one. It was delicious! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was loaded with lots of meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The fries were equally delicious. There was enough food to take home leftovers. Our server. Nicole, was friendly and very attentive.

We had a party of 5 and each of us had some things that they were out of, both from the bar and the kitchen. Personally , they wouldn’t let me swap the “fruit cup” for something else and what I did get was something I’d be embarrassed to serve to anyone.

Hey Furniture Factory bar you are one of my hell no restuarants list. The only reason we wanted to try in your lousy resto was the table outside but guess your crews are lazy to do their job to the most empty tables inside your bar and empty tables outside. No one asked us.. so I said will there's grille on main and as a matter of fact while I am writing this bad review we are here sitting outside watching your lousy bar and lazy crews while you're losing money from us.

The best club sandwich in Huntsville, hands down! And the fries are awesome too. Always great service.

I visit this place every time I visit Huntsville. I call it the college bar for grown adults. They have karaoke, great drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. They even had the Cowboys Game on the staff, was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I had the lemon pepper wings. They were pretty good and I had tater totes. They seasoned them in lemon pepper. Which was perfect. I would recommend this place for a visit. Thursday night Karaoke and Wednesday night song bingo. It was a great time.

Parking: Located in the back of the hotel or across the street in a parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's easily accessible. Batheroom may be a bit tight for a wheel chair.

Kevin Camery is a great server and always gives prompt service. Very professional and friendly. Our group who likes to listen to bands there really enjoys the venue. The food is also very good.

I am a regular here and always appreciate the friendly fabulous service and attention to detail given by Kevin Camery. We always have a large group and celebrate many special occasions there too. Kevin always bust his butt managing everyone’s orders in the entire place including inside AND the patio. Great service is hard to come by anymore and I’m very appreciative of it. Thanks for always taking care of us, Kevin! You’re the best! ? BONUS- it’s nonsmoking inside too!

We enjoy coming to Furniture Factory Providence to see the live bands we like to follow and because of the service. Our server Kevin Camry is amazing. As busy as it can get, he always makes sure when we are ready for that next drink or food order. We never have to wait too long which is a problem at many bars. As a result of Kevin’s service, we now bring at least a dozen people with us every time we come, sometimes twice that many. We wish the place were bigger so we could bring more. Kevin’s service is a cut above and a main reason we are regulars. This bar is lucky to have him.

Good music, good food, and the service was exceptional considering the fact that they were short staffed. They worked hard and did a great job. Furniture factory providence is my go to night spot.

Kevin was the BEST server we have ever had and we have been here at least two times a month the past year. He was very attentive and checked on us constantly without being annoying or overbearing. Great server. Great atmosphere when you don’t have to go to the bar every time to get a drink

We had a great experience at Furniture Factory. The best part of the night was our server Kevin. We constantly had full drinks and he upsold every cocktail we had. Absolutely amazing service and we will definitely be regulars here because of him. We loved the patio and the atmosphere they provide. Great live music!!
