Good Company Cafe

This is not a pet friendly restaurant, it’s only service dog friendly. Tried to dine in and after ordering overpriced food discovered that my very polite pup was not welcome we were moved outside on a hot day. Not happy.

Recently I've been disappointed with some places here in Huntsville, some for service other's for food or both. My visit to Good Company today reminded me how good a local place can be.

The food is ridiculous good. It's comfort food with a twist. The twists don't seem that relevant until you try it! My God, these people have it figured out. Unique yet familiar food with great service.

Shame on me for forgetting this placed existed. I won't make that mistake again.

Phenomenal coffee, food and service! I got the breakfast sandwich with the cheddar bacon biscuit and it was to die for! Will definitely be back. Super cute restaurant, definitely a hidden gem.

Rude service with no apologies. There is better service at better breakfast places. They pick customer that they prefer to serve. I can only hope they improve on customer service for everyone that comes into their establishment.

Was not the best place, the staff appear to have their favorite customers. They will lie to a new customer to serve someone else. No apology or explanation for rudeness. I promote people to go somewhere more new customer friendly.

I love good company!! We spend several of our weekend mornings here. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the people are just the sweetest <3 we love always seeing Chelsea on register. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

My husband said it best “Man I am I not going to lie, this is probably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had” we got the Breakfast Panini, I got a mocha it was not super sweet which I love but if you want it sweet I would ask for extra sweet! I got a drop biscuit, sandwich and a coffee for 20 bucks! Can’t beat it for the quality!

This is on my fav restaurants in Huntsville! It’s so cozy and the staff are the sweetest! They always make my day (shoutout Chelsea!!) Food, drinks, and desserts are sooo yummy. Highly recommend :)

Chelsea is the best server! Super personable and happy to accolade any requests. Same with the rest of the crew👍

Good Company Cafe is a quaint restaurant that that gives cozy small town vibes. Everyone is welcoming and it's family friendly. They're breakfast is my favorite, especially the biscuits and gravy and the avocado toast! You can't go wrong with breakfast at Good Company, but just know it's a popular spot and can get busy!

I very rarely leave reviews, however since I did not have a way to directly contact the cafe, I’ll have to utilize Google as a word of caution for Good Company Cafe & its future customers. I ordered their Banana Nut Oatmeal & their Avocado Toast today via DoorDash for a total of around $30, delivery fee included. I had heard good things, but this was my first (and probably my last) time ordering. My oatmeal was incredibly thick, so much so that I couldn’t finish it & I realized the container they sent the oatmeal in was dated for yesterday, 8/30 - meaning this was day-old oatmeal that was probably thickened overnight in the fridge to reuse today. I indicated “Vegan” for my avocado toast, yet it still came with Feta Cheese on it. I am leaving 2 stars, as the toast was pretty good after removing the cheese however the oatmeal was totally unacceptable. I wish them well & I hope this is not the norm, but my hope is for any food that is stored overnight & reheated the next day, for it to be quality checked to ensure it’s not so thick, the customer has a tough time eating it. This place is a true gem. It has everything you could want in a cute little café. I visited 4 other café/coffee shops in my week spent here and wasn’t impressed by any of them. But this place. You can tell it’s run by women 👏 vibes are on point. also, they make a flavored latte that isn’t way to sweet 🙌
