I ordered a unicorn cake from the Bridge Street location online and was informed they did not have enough inventory to complete the project due to fulfilling orders for the Parkway Mall location while it was temporarily shut down. The GM contacted the Parkway Mall location and they were able to fulfill the order. The GM from Bridge Street location went above and beyond by going to the other location to pickup the cake and bring it to Bridge Street. I want to thank both locations...
I called yesterday because I was having issues with my order at a different location. They were so accommodating and had my cake ready on time today at a last minute notice. I got to chat with the GM and decorator while they finished up my cake, and they were both so nice! I will absolutely be using this location for all future orders!
They did an awesome job on this cookie cake. I ordered way in advance, but it was ready on time and the order didn't get lost like at some of the local grocery store bakeries. I am incredibly happy with how the cookie cake turned out.
