We both found the General Tso Tofu (mild) and Hunan Chicken (spicy) very satisfying for dinner delivery. The vegetarian egg roll was decent for the price. Food arrived accurately, hot, & within the hour at prime time Friday evening. Have ordered from Great Wall many times over 2 decades & it beats the China Suns & China Moons. Total meal about $30 worth it. I come from a huge Metropolis & although I find most Chinese food take-out in HSV not authentic Chinese food, (I've lived near big city Chinatown), New Great Wall is a win on authenticity scale. Hunan Chicken very good. Tofu too. Try them!

I ordered on line and it was supposed to be here at 4:11 lol time came it never showed up I called after I ordered (1 hour and 45 minutes) terrible place to order disrespectfull

I wasn’t sure what to expect by the rating showed on google. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was very good. It was the best pork lomein I’ve had. We had sesame chicken, egg rolls and crab Rangoon as well and all were very good! The owners were very sweet as well.

I've been eating here for a long time stop by there today and got two plates. This was the worst Chinese I've ever eat little bitty chicken and the rice was supposed to be fried it was yellow with no taste. Food was not worth eating me and my wife threw it in the garbage and fixed a sandwich

Won’t be back. Gen Pao & Sesame chicken was 94% deep fried batter with sauce… the few pieces of chicken were fried tough. Fried rice was steamed rice thrown on the grill for a few seconds.

Service was great, but food, very bad.Mongolian beef: more onions than meet and sweet. If I didn't know better, I thought I was eating candy. I ordered a large but it seem more of a small.Beef with broccoli: rice hard and tasteless, and the egg roll was not freshly made and hard. Tasted like it was fried in old oil. More broccoli than meet.

Food- I ordered chicken & broccoli & y'all, I'm special. I only like 2-3 pieces of broccoli in it otherwise I can't taste the chicken & I'm stick with a 1/2 pond of broccoli. So, it was pretty good, actually got some larger slices of chicken & not that minced meat other Chinese food service offer. I pay for extra chicken & I eat it all because it's a $1.00 for about 1/3 of a scoop. Only complaint is ITS TOO SALTY. You need soda or milk to get through it, hopefully that'll charge. I tried their General Tsos chicken too, it's just ok, about 2 stars. Pieces of chicken are too hard so I end up very hungry after picking out the 7-8 pieces that are edible. And again, SALTY. General Tsos should be sweet actually so improvements needed there. All of the rice is pretty dry & tasteless. My egg roll was good, but cold. I wish they offered veggie spring rolls or something. No surprise that the dudes are frozen & you can buy them at Costco. **Customer service is borderline here I mean I called to place an order one time & the normally nice lady hung up on me, was very rude & frustrated. Tried to quote me two different prices on extra chicken so I pulled up because that was a no no in my book. SHE FIXED HERSELF & apologized Heck no! There's no ambiance here, you can't eat inside because they refuse to turn on the AC! My gosh it's like a smoky sauna in there. Look AC won't cost you that much, turn it on & up!! What if we want to dine in? fans blurring, flies buzzing around .. whew! Overall, if you ask for extra, portion is good. FOOD IS HOT & made to order. I'd go back

I decided to try this place despite mixed reviews and I thought the food was great. The staff was very nice, and it wasn’t a long wait. I will definitely order here again.

The only thing new about the New Great Wall is the fact that they discontinued their small size portions of some items (hot and spicy chicken) and they raised their prices on everything during covid. I don't eat there any more.
