Had dinner with friends. Very disappointed. The pizza was just ok but the bruschetta was good.
I was disappointed because I ordered the bruschetta as my reward. Was supposed to be free for joining the rewards program.
As a 'thank you' for joining, we've already loaded a reward into your account: FREE Small Salad or Starter** This was in email sent.
I told the waitress at the beginning of visit about the reward and she said that the bruschetta would be ok to get for the reward. But at the end of the visit she came and got my reward number off of my phone. She went back and said that I can get the reward next time we come in. This was per the manager who did not even bother to come to the table. And that it had to be before January 25. I said it is before January 25th and that is what the email and app had indicated. She again said that the manager said the next time and before January 25. So they refused to honor their promised reward that night. I would not have ordered but did because it was a reward. Nothing on app or email indicated that we could not use that night. Confused , disappointed, and embarrassed because my friends insisted on splitting this with me.
The waitress may have been new as there were a couple of things that she forgot and had to be reminded. But I understand that there is a learning curve. The manager should have at least come to the table to explain why he refused to honor their promise reward. As for coming back I just don’t think it is worth it. I live very close by and that is why I joined. But if they are not going to honor rewards there are places close by that have much better pizzas, service, and atmosphere.

They do one thing and do it very well... wood-fired pizza. We got the White Pizza with Italian Sausage, white onions and sun dried tomatoes.

Will not be back. Only reason for the 2-star is the manager came over and did his best to make it right, even gave us a gift card for a free 16in next time (need to find some one to give it to). When you specialize in pizza and it's extremely doughy, then something is bad off. Should have been a sign when the pizza was out to our table within 10 minutes of ordering.

I was here for Door Dash and they had no waiting time, pizza was done so I could deliver immediately. Store was clean. Very polite, energetic, hard working staff. No complaints. Papa John's has a very long waiting time and rude staff in some locations so, comparatively, I prefer this restaurant any day.

We had birthday lunch here and we all got different pizzas and they were all delicious. And for the birthday celebration we got their trio of cheesecakes and passed them around to everyone to try! So fun!

Came here tired but hungry while on a business trip. Wow, I glad I did. It was the closest I've found to NY style pizza and it was quite flavorful. However, the service and attentiveness to customers from Britney was excellent and compelled me to to everyone who would listen the next day when other coworkers arrived in town. I was greeted warmly from the front door staff and throughout service. All I could do is put my phone down enjoy the atmosphere and the delicious pizza and salad. KUDOS to Grimaldi and thanks to Britney!!!
