Hardee's in Huntsville

“The lady at the counter taking orders is super friendly and has great customer service! She had the red braids in a ponytail, didn’t see a name. It’s so nice to get good customer service in this time we are in. The restaurant is also decorated for Valentine’s Day! So cute. I’ll be back to this location. Only problem they don’t accept app coupons and offers yet.“

“Ynetta is so friendly. I buy biscuits for my coworkers when we work on Saturdays. She recognizes my voice when I call to place an order every time. She is super nice and courteous always. Always takes care of me and it is much appreciated and refreshing to see someone go the extra mile with exceptional customer service. Thank you for being who you are early on Saturday mornings!“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“Rolled into this establishment looking for something to take the edge off until dinner. The place was empty, except for two (2) employees in the dining room. It appeared that one of them was a senior manager because he was in civilian clothes talking with a lady that appeared to be the manager who was wearing the Hardees garb. Service was decent and everyone greeted me with a smile and comment. Don't know if this was the norm, or it was happening because of the 'players' in the dining room. Either way it was appreciated. Order process was fast, and efficient. I ordered what I thought was a Kids Chicken Tenders meal but when I looked inside the bag all that was there were two (2) pieces of Chicken? If I recall correctly the Chicken tenders were listed on menu wall right under the Kids Meal so I assumed that it would include a drink, juice etc and fries... Well now I know it does not. My bust. Frankly the tenders were nicely cooked, fresh and hit the spot. The physical spot looked worn and sure needs some updating. Would try again just to verify the service. Nice work though on this visit.“
