We hadn't visited the facility in years because of the last experience we had. This time was nothing like the last. The food we had was perfect.
This is the second time I've been to this location and the second time I haven't gotten one I ordered I walked inside both times order my food and it was not made with what I ordered first time I got this pork chop biscuit that comes with gravy add an egg to it but when I got out to the truck and was going down the road eating my sandwiches it did not have the gravy on it. Today I wanted the steak and egg and cheese biscuit only ended up with steak biscuits but I actually caught it before I got out the door. It seems like this location they spend more time arguing with each other the front and the back and not concentrating on taking care of the customer I don't know if it's just the one specific cook or what he seems argument of every time they are trying to get an order out

I got a loaded omelette biscuit in drive throw and was charge almost 10 dollars for it called spoke with manager and she told me I had to come down and bring my receipt. I am at work clearly they are taking peoples money and over charging that must be why their is never business there

The lady that waited on me was very nice and polite. She saw that the cashier who was taking orders when I walked in wasn't going to take my order so she stepped up and took care of me. It seemed to me she was doing all the work. Think the management needs to be proactive in making sure their employees are doing their job.
