The lady at the counter taking orders is super friendly and has great customer service! She had the red braids in a ponytail, didn’t see a name. It’s so nice to get good customer service in this time we are in. The restaurant is also decorated for Valentine’s Day! So cute. I’ll be back to this location. Only problem they don’t accept app coupons and offers yet.

My company eats here regularly for take out breakfast. Today will really got on my nerves. I tried to order a forgotten soda at the drive thru window and I was told “I can’t do that, there are cars behind you”….. I thought she was joking, but she clearly was too lazy with a full staffed kitchen to ring up a soda. Have more pride in your job.

I can't speak for anyone or anytime other than who made my food and who the lady was that worked the drive thru this morning of Mon July 7 at 8:10am. The food is as good as you can get and the service was the same. The lady doing drive thru interacting with people the way she does might not be a big deal to some people, but to me, she was a bright spot in an otherwise crappy morning. I hope her coworkers and employers appreciate her as much as they should.

Beyond friendly employees..... Heads up this place closes at 2pm..... So weird, but I guess they open at 4am. I will be having lunch here often!

I work the overnight shift at my job. I usually get off around four yesterday I wanted some breakfast went by McDonald’s but they don’t open until five as I was going to get back on the parkway. I noticed Hardee’s at the corner of my eye and thought to myself that I haven’t had Hardee’s since I was a kid and how I would kill for a Biscuit and gravy. Whipped in to the drive-through got a burrito and a biscuit and gravy and the food was hot and fast by the time I got to the window, my food was ready. I actually went back this morning for a second time this week. Great food great service. This will be my new spot when I get off work for breakfast.!

Great food, I haven't had Hardee's in years and decided to pick up a biscuit after forgetting to take something to eat for work. It was just like I remembered, buttery and delicious! The sweet tea was pretty good too. The drive thru was fairly quick and the employees were polite. I will say though I was slightly disappointed to see that they didn't offer shakes, even though the website said otherwise. Not a big deal though, food was good and I will be back more often😋.
