Stop here (Andrew Jackson Way) twice this week at 7:00 PM and the door was locked. Sign shows, Dining Room open until 8:00 PM. I see workers in the facility. If the hours are not correct change the sign else open the door. Hardee’s used to be one of my favorite eating places, probably will not return.

This staff is friendly time after time, regardless of how busy, way more often than any other fast food place I’ve frequented. Knowing the kind of treatment workers in the fast food industry often get, this staff should be praised for the way worker after worker smiles and shows they care about the customer.

No egg on my sandwich. I have also received raw biscuits from here previously. I paid $6 for a sandwich with only cheese and bacon on it. Not happy at all.

Food is always good, but the restaurant is consistently understaffed, and one employee told me that no one cares about that, so the wait is very slow. The employees who do choose to come to work are always friendly despite the situation

Great people that work there, they were out of grape jelly though on 27AUG2025, which is perplexing for a place that is famous for breakfast. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
Experience and atmosphere awful. Managervyelling across store at employees. Several orders were messed up because breakfast menu was the only menu showing at 12 o’clock noon. Manager had family in lobby. She talked to them more than customers. 4 employees working and manager was locking lobby and making it drive thru only because she could not handle the 6-7 customers that are in the store. Service was pour will not be back to that location. Hwy 53 and 255 Huntsville Alabama

Food is usually hot.. just hardly ever placed in the bag so the hash browns stay in the container and not the bottom of the bag.
