I went for lunch using the drive-thru service. Dining room closed to the public for management training. The order was wrong, and the meat was really dry.

Tried to stop in this afternoon around 630 for a quick bite. Hauling a 16-foot trailer that won't go through drive-through. Not one sign stating the lobby is closed. Waste of a stop. Put signs up if your lobby is closed!!!

They use to have the best biscuit n gravy I don't know what's going on but it is not the best no more. Gravy is to clumpy n spicy...what's happened to hardees ??? Is it the recipe or just the staff ?
