The lady at the window was very rude, she got a whole attitude with me for no reason. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, the food isn’t great, and it’s burnt. The customer service is always bad and the line is always long.

I ordered thru Grubsouth and had a sushi roll and the hibachi scallops. The sushi was decent. The scallops were completely inedible! I had to toss them out. It was like a mouthful of sand! When it was brought to the attention of Grubsouth and the restaurant, they refused to do anything to resolve this. They have lost my business permanently!

You will definitely get your money's worth from Hibachi Express. I ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi dinner and had enough left over for another meal. They do not skimp on the meat! I used the drive through but I did not see any customers in the dining room but do not know if it is closed.
Overall food is good and portions are great. Drive thru is slow during busy times of the day and I wish they would use a higher quality of steak.

1st time was GREAT’’..2nd time was HORRIBLE!!I’ve looked at past this place for a long time finally Decided to give a shot. I ordered honey chkn/fried rice. Portion was huge & best i had in awhile! So good went for 2nd time’, Alll to be Very Upset!! Ordered exact same thing! The chk was very Dry(hardly any sauce) as each peice was mainly batter, & Fried rice was Very Undercooked/Old! Payin 9.25$ for an horrible meal is just crazy!!!
