This is the best Indian food in Huntsville and the guys are so friendly and great! It is a quiet place and busy so tables are frequently dirty, which could be fixed over leaving them filled with old plates. One thing I'd like to say is make sure to leave a tip in the cup instead of on the machine so the employees get tipped

Five star! Very delicious! Tandoori chicken and poori are great. Best Indian place in town!

Came here for the weekend lunch buffet. That's $20 a person. They have a great variety of options. Ran out of bread, forks, and bowls while we were trying to make our plates. The fried veggies and fish were delicious. I love the different sauce options they have out. And the rice pudding is so yummy! Chicken tikka masala and naan bread is always a hit. Will definitely be back, just closer to opening next time!

daily lunch buffet from 11 until 2 o’clock. Really good for people who not sure what type of Indian food they like.Be prepared, I ate there on December 29 and it cost $43.98 for two buffets. we drank water not sure if drinks are extra.I’ve seen the employees standing around while there are dirty tables as if they had nothing to do. It was quite a shame when people were waiting on them. While I was trying to pay for my meals, the phone rang. The cashier picked it up and had a four minute conversation with telemarketer while I stood there with my money in my hand, ready to go. In all fairness, I was there first. Put the caller on hold and deal with the person in front of you.

I recently dined at this Indian restaurant, and I can't praise it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant ambiance that transported me to India. The menu offered an extensive array of dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. I started with samosas that were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a delicious mix of spices and potatoes. For the main course, I opted for the butter chicken, which was rich, creamy, and accompanied by fragrant naan bread. The biryani was another standout, with tender, well-spiced pieces of chicken. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to provide recommendations. They were also accommodating of dietary preferences. The restaurant's attention to detail in both presentation and taste made the experience truly unforgettable. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of India.

Awesome food! Lamb joshrogan is fantastic. I know Indian food is expensive, but over 20 bucks for one plate -even considering the portion size- is a little steep.

Love a good, local Indian restaurant! Indian kitchen came to the rescue when I was starving for a decent meal on an early Saturday night. I called and made my to-go order over the phone and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there, it didn't seem like there were any other customers there, but the restaurant seemed very clean and inviting. My food was ready on time and the guys behind the counter were very kind. When I got home, I thoroughly enjoyed my butter chicken with garlic naan. I would definitely come back when I'm in the Huntsville area.

First time in the restaurant. I was the the only customer there when I arrived, but several other families and friends had been seated by the time I left. Ordered the Chicken Tikka, medium heat, and garlic Naan. The food came out on a sizzling plate and tasted wonderful. The service was good, the waiter polite and prompt. When I come back, this will be a known good choice

Food is very good. Between us, we had the chicken tikka masala, a curry, and a channa masala and some naan to go with it. The mild spice level was flavorful without heat. They are short staffed, but the service was friendly though not super attentive. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! We came semi-late on a Saturday and didn't have an issue being seated. We had over half of our food to bring home with us. We ordered out usuals. Vegetable samosas, mixed pickles, tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo and cheese naan. I also enjoyed their masala tea. They have a lunch buffet during the week that I'd love to check out.

Restaurant was clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Decor isn't much to see but what matters is that its clean! I was seated immediately since it was a slower day, and i ordered off the menu for that reason. They have a very large menu that has a lot of options including vegetarian ones of course. if you like spicy food and have a good tolerance youll love this spot. i thought i could handle spicy because in this particular area "spicy" on a menu usually isnt spicy at all for me, but this place wasnt kidding around. i think i wouldve been better off eating my channa masala mild. I ordered channa masala (chickpeas) and puri (bread to eat it with), the food was hot and the portions were huge! i could have shared it with 3 people. i could have eaten off the leftovers 3 more times but i only ate them 2x because i ran out of puri. a friend ordered biryani (came with raita) and it was also enormous, it couldve fed 4 generously! we finished the meal off with a nice mango lassi, which was equally tart and sweet. overall the food was excellent, i will definitely be back! im very impressed since vegetarian food can be bland in hsv, this is really impressive. dont let the prices fool you- youre getting multiple meals for that 15-18 bucks youre about to spend.

I am in love with this gem. I almost didn't find it when picking up, but when I did, I was so pleased! They wrapped my food up so well so when I took it home nothing was leaking. The food was absolutely amazing! I got the lamb biryani and the butter chicken (mild). Perfect seasoning and flavor!

Amazing Indian food! I'd go just for the vegetarian dishes...the palek paneer is divine. Lunch buffet worth the price-taste a little bit of everything - it's all delicious.

I've been on the hunt for some tasty authentic Indian cuisine in HSV... and to my surprise I've food a spot! Indian kitchen serves a variety of Indian food buffet style...and while you'd have eyes to get multiple plates, the food is very filling so prepare yourself! All dishes are available in what looks like formal catering containers complete with lids and tongues. I'd recommend the paneer dishes as they are perfectly tender and paired with curry, tikka masala, or other dishes at times! You also cannot forget the Kerr for desert! The notes of cinnamon and the creaminess of the dish itself is the perfect end to a meal. This place has become one of my favorite HSV restaurants hands down.
