I have been going to Island jerk for over 20+ yrs and I have to say "I do not see myself slowing down" as a matter of fact, When I first started going. I lived in Huntsville, Al, I now live an hour away and I drive at least once a month personally to get me a plate or two! Not only do they have great food, they also have great service, they are kind, friendly, and most importantly, they believe in customer satisfaction. I am always pleased when I go there. If you are worried about the price, well don't be!!! Because You get more than enough food for your money and you can't beat the taste. You get what you pay for! Although everyone there has always been polite and friendly with me. Omar, you are the best. He most definitely is willing to go above and beyond too satisfy the customers. I thank you for your service. I pray for Island Jerk to have continuous growth in their business, because I don't know what I would do without them.?

I’m not sure if yesterday something was off Or they’re changing over to jerk with American southern flair, but I always eat from the truck, and that food is delicious. Yesterday I got jerk chicken and it tasted like HEIZ 57 sauce with ketchup. There was no spice no heat no nothing. THE CABBAGE WAS REALLY BUTTERY BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT TASTED DELICIOUS NOT SURE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TRUCK AND THE RESTAURANT BUT I’LL STICK WITH THE TRUCK ON MASTIN LAKE.
