It was my first time trying jacks and I am coming to give Logan his flowers! Such a great manager that handled my situation with grace! I ordered an eight piece bone in for thanksgiving. Logan made sure my order was fresh and crispy! Thank you jacks team ! Will be back !

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food joints but this is the cleanest Jack’s restaurant I’ve seen in years. The staff was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. Every unoccupied table in the dining room was clean. The inside of the windows were clean. The window sills were clean. The bathroom was clean. The drink area was clean. The condiments area was clean and well organized.

Jack's does not honor their veterans or their public advertisements. The attached picture shows they publicly announced 50% off on Veterans Day for veterans with 15% on other days. This Jack's denies that and says they only offer 10% at any time

We did a mobile order and the food was ready before we even got inside

Just visited this location. I was in the area and assume this location was good atmosphere. Wrong. Im a truck driver and go all over Alabama and other states. I asked cashier could I get Trucker discount here. Cashier was nice but the response I got from her Manager here wasn't nice at all not professional. There a right way and wrong way. She definitely don't need be in Management at all. You always treat customers with respect and dignity.

Terrible went here tonight could hardly understand the girl through drive thru!! Pulled up to pick up window and she was cracked out could barely stand and had her eyes half way closed. She was so HIGH she didn’t even take my payment. Food was dried out and disgusting! Do better.

This place has really gone downhill. Stopped by at 6:45 and ordered two Big Jack combos, a 3-piece strip, and two cheeseburgers. The people working there had a terrible attitude (eye rolling at me…my kids were playing in the back seat so I had to ask her to repeat herself) and they didn’t put my 3-piece in the order. There was nobody in line (no surprise with service like that) so forgetting a 5-dollar food item was just carelessness. The burger patties were cold and the bread was OLD (as in hard). Also someone put the entire end of an onion on my burger, stem and all. Yucky 🤢

Did online order last night say be done at 640 well 700 pm i go in oh chicken just come out it tasted burnt and the biscuits where hard as bricks but tatters and Mac and cheese was good but service was horrible and people acted like they could care less about anything

Person at the drive thru was super rude!! His job needs to be taken or put on probation without pay! I have not experienced such rudeness from this restaurant until today!! We eat here often but today will be the last time we pull into this parking lot! My husband simply stated to him that he doesn't think the full order got taken. The person working said in a hateful smart butt tone replies I have a bacon biscuit meal with a coke then looks over his shoulder & hateful rudeness tones says what else do you want!! The whole atmosphere from placing order to window was an attitude issue for the worker at the window! I tried calling 5 times whoever would pick up the phone & hang up on me. I really hope the corporate office sees this review! I have called the corporate office as well!

Ok I'm coming back to update my review. They must have new management because service has been so much better and faster in the drive through. I only come through during breakfast in the drive thru. Very quick and mostly accurate orders. The biscuit I got this morning was not fully done, still white and doughy. It seems to be going on the right path.

I get that things are hard these days and they need help but the food and service gets worse each visit.

Every time we have come to this location, they are always out of something. They were very rude today saying we couldn’t add something to our order when we got to the window and admitted to not making more gravy or grits roughly 25 minutes before breakfast ended. They had 0 hairnets, hair was messy and in their face or looked unbrushed in a ponytail and the woman at the window kept touching her hair. They had attitude the entire encounter and when we asked for napkins, the woman at the window acted like we were taking them from her household. Will never come back to this location. Not to mention, my plate of eggs and bacon were so bare that i would have rather not gotten anything because there were like 4 bites of eggs.
