It took 25 minutes to get my order. Not as bad as McDonald's where it took 20 before they took my order. I came back..Sunday morning, 8AM.. door locked.. 3 cars waiting at drive thru.. they gave up and left. So did I. No sign on door.. nothing.

Came in to get breakfast for myself and my wife. Service was absolutely terrible, the restroom stunk of urine and feces. I will never be back. I highly suggest if you reading this, to take your hard earned money elsewhere. The employees could care less about customer service. Will never ever be back! 20 minute wait time is unacceptable in fast food!

I’ve never in my life felt like I needed to abandon my order at the drive through and leave due to rude employees but this morning was a first at this location. I understand that neither of us probably want to be awake at 7AM, but I was just trying to get something to eat. I ordered my first item (a biscuit) and was fixing to proceed with the rest like hashbrowns and a drink, but as soon as I said biscuit, the woman on the other end said “Pull to the window” as she for some reason thought I was done. I told her I still needed to add something and she acted like that was a personal attack against her. So I started to add hashbrowns and before I could even get all the words out of my mouth she says loudly “WHAT ELSE” so at that point I just think it’s best I leave, and I did. Horribly rude and terrible atttidues.
Food was cold and tasted like it was stale and had been sitting out. The service was terrible the drive through was very confused by our order and it was wrong. Our drinks tasted bad no syrup or carbonation and all. This combined with the horrible attitudes of the staff I will Never go to this location again.

Their consistently is terrible. It's like they don't have a standard serving size. Yesterday I had two sausage patties and today only one and I always order the same plate. I never know if I'll be full because I never know what I'll end up with. Atleast the food is normally fresh and quick. Maybe tell your employees that the customers pay for a certain amount of food and that amount shouldn't change based on how busy the drive through line is!
