Always out of chicken
Food is amazing! This location just decides to do whatever they want. They never have fried chicken available or already cooked. It’s always a 15+ min wait. If you ask to substitute something whether online or in person, they won’t do it. They just do whatever they want and does not listen to the customers.

Went today to redeem my rewards, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. More like a blackened chicken combo, there's so much black pepper in the sandwich that my lips are swollen & stinging. Ouch! Maybe hold back on the black pepper just a lil bit🤏🏽

They never have food after 6:00 PM, which is crazy to me and the managers are really rude Please don't ask for country fried steak straight attitude because they have to cook it so they'll just tell you they don't have any just so they won't have to serve you. I really do not like coming to this jack's but it's closer to my house and very convenient for my family.
