First time here. Had the chicken and spare rib combo. Chicken was hot and tender but needed a little more flavor. You could only really taste the smoked flavor. Ribs taste smoked not much flavor, heavy lighter fluid taste. Had 4 sides: black eyed peas zero stars, Mac and cheese 5 stars, potato salad 4 stars, baked beans 3.5 stars, cornbread muffin was decent. BBQ sauces all zero stars, HEAVY vinegar taste. My biggest complaint is they are never open. I think they may be open only...
I ordered bbq to-go for a baby shower and couldn't have been happier with the food and service. They worked with me on quantity of food and pickup time. Additionally, it was the best barbecue I've had in the city. 10/10 would recommend.
Rib sandwich, baked beans & potato salad were excellent. Just consider that the only bbq sauce provided is a small cup of red vinegar which I used to pour over the ribs. I then added some Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce that I had at home. If you don't like vinegar and/or are a fan of more traditional bbq sauce keep this in mind before visiting. The staff members were very friendly.
