Was my first time in there, and the man making my food (I think his name was Derek) was so kind and helpful. He made sure all my questions was answered, he also made sure to clean everything since I do have a pork allergy, so I greatly appreciate it. I would and will be back again!!

Horrible service. The lady doing the sandwiches was nodding off making people sandwiches. I walked out because I didn’t know if she was intoxicated or what. I prefer the South memorial parkway location than this.

Every other Jersey Mike's I've been to was better than this one. Disappointing sandwich, slow service. With so many other good choices for food in Huntsville, I likely won't go back...

First, let me start by saying how much I already love Jersey Mike’s as a sandwich shop. The quality of the food is consistently great, but this particular visit in Alabama took my experience to a whole new level.
I was in town helping my sister move back to Texas and happened to spot this Jersey Mike’s location. Naturally, I had to stop in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly—which already made me feel welcome. But what truly stood out was a shorter woman with blonde hair and bright blue eyes who not only greeted us but struck up a genuine conversation. That interaction instantly elevated the visit.
The atmosphere was so friendly and personal. Even the boss, who was sitting nearby, took the time to engage in conversation with us. It’s rare to find a place where the entire team goes above and beyond just to make you feel seen and appreciated—but that’s exactly what happened here.
Now, the food? Incredible. The bread was baked perfectly, everything tasted fresh, and the whole sandwich just tied together flawlessly. It was the perfect balance of quality food and heartfelt service.
I felt not just like a customer, but like a friend—a Jersey Mike’s friend. Thank you to the amazing team at this location for creating such a memorable experience. I will 100% be coming back next time I’m in town.

I would avoid if you need your order in a timely manner. It took them 50 minutes. I won’t be returning as this is the second time.

I was very disappointed in the Jersey Mike’s on university. I ordered a Portobello cheesesteak. When I got home, I found no steak and Just a mushroom or two. I can’t imagine how this mistake could happen because the sandwich doesn’t match a cheesesteak or a veggie sandwich based upon the contents shown in the photograph.

These guys are sooo friendly even during lunch rush. Aret at the register makes checking out easy and comfortable.
