Disclaimer: I love good service and it is hard to find some days. So I am going rave a little bit 😆
The service was amazing at University Drive Jersey Mikes. The staff was so kind and professional. My sandwich was hot, delicious and made just right. From the moment we walked in until we left there was one lady who made sure to make sure the needs of each customer was met along with her colleagues. Please keep up the great work.
We will be back❤️

I’m a frequent visitor at Jersey mikes on University in Huntsville Alabama . Tonight just grossed me out. Leeann is a very sweet women. I’ve seen her in there before and she has prepared my sandwich’s fine. Idk if tonight is a bad night or she’s intoxicated but, while preparing my sandwich several things I notice cause me to walk out while she was making it. First she seemed out of it and second I asked for double meat, she didn’t do it. Next the board where sandwiches are prepared was not wiped prior to placing mine on it which the board was saturated in VINEGAR! The phone rings. While I understand she may still have to answer calls for work while at work, there was no change in gloves! She touch the phone then MADE MY SANDWICH! Then pulled her personal phone out to call her boss. Again I understand all of this but she’s touching MY FOOD WITH THE SAME GLOVES! Not to mention I specifically asked for no juices. She wasn’t paying attention added it anyway. I corrected her and she scraped off the saturated lettuce then proceeded to try and somehow wipe away the juice with the same gloves. If you don’t believe me run the camera back at 8:30 pm on this day! Again she’s a sweet women and deserves to keep her job. Perhaps maybe food safety refreshers as I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself prior to my legal profession.

I ordered two subs online for over $50, plus a tip, only to receive the wrong order. When I called the store to address the issue, I was met with a combative and argumentative representative who accused me of having called previously. Instead of resolving the issue, she insisted that I drive to the store with the wrong order for her to correct it. This level of customer service is substandard and disappointing. I feel as though my money was wasted. I won't be returning.

This was the best service I’ve ever had at a JM! The staff was extremely friendly! Leann and Are was awesome and did a great job of making sure my sandwich was just how I wanted! The store was clean and the other staff was friendly also.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. The second we walked in the door we were greeted with hostility. Dawn has created a toxic, awful work environment. She snapped at and openly argued with her co-workers. The whole atmosphere was tense including all the patrons having to watch the inappropriate behavior that she displayed. She took my husband and I’s order and asked us not once, not twice, but FOUR times what we wanted on my husband’s chicken cheesesteak. Somehow the order still got made incorrectly. When I went back in to get it fixed not only did she not even try to apologize for the mistake- she stood and argued with, berated, and embarrassed the poor grill cook in front of the entire store. Even though it was 100% evident that Dawn had made the mistake and wrote the order incorrectly on the slip the grill cook was following to make the sandwich. I would rather drive across town to the other location rather than ever step foot back at this location until Dawn is either mediated or just flat out fired. What a pitiful, truly disappointing experience.

Did not like this location very much. Cramped, kinda dirty, and they really skimped on our sub. Every other Jersey Mikes I’ve been too gives you WAY more meat and toppings on your sub.

The people working were kind but seemed disorganized. Very subpar experience to say the least…

This location is absolutely horrible. We have been going to this location for a while now because the location is convenient, but we will not be back. The service you get is awful and the quality does not match the prices. Placed an online order that was 30 minutes late and the employees could not have cared less. I hope this location closes.

I get jersey mikes because it tastes good. This store on University Dr is terrible. Service is awful, took them 25 minutes to make my sandwich. 3 people walked in after but they all get their food before me. I ordered and waited 10 minutes before paying for my food. I have no idea why I still give them my money.
