Came here at 8:47 p.m. hoping to get a good sandwich after work to wind down for bed. The sign says 10-9:00.p.m. well, unfortunately, the door was locked, and the employee had been cleaning. He was almost finished cleaning. So I went about my way. The next day, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't tripping and the same exact thing happened. If you are gonna close at 8:50 then just change the store hours to 8:30.instead of 9:00. Jersey Mike's off Airport Rd Sw

i went with friends today and the workers were all miserable and cussing and throwing knives down with an attitude and they got my order wrong and there were moving bugs in my lettuce which i do not appreciate. thanks bye

Incompetent doesn’t even cut it. We put an online order in to be ready at 11:17. Also important to note that kids meals are not available on the online order menu. I arrived at 11:15 and waited for someone to notice me as they were helping other customers. I told them my name and they said the order wasn’t ready. I asked if I could add a kids meal and they said they weren’t sure. So I said “maybe take it off your menu if you don’t offer them”. They called the manager. They finished helping the customers who were there before I arrived and someone else walked in ordering at least 8 sandwiches. I figured they would make mine first but no they helped her first. The manager finally showed up, as did two more customers. I got in line before the new customers because I knew my sandwiches would not get prepared if I didn’t. The manager asked if I needed to order and I said no, my order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. She replied that they were short staffed. Ok. Not my problem. They made the sandwiches and added the kids meal. I went home and they had completely messed up my husband’s order - instead of a medium classic Italian they had given him a mini tuna and a mini roast beef (we also ordered these so we ended up with 2 of these) but for some reason put them in a large bag. I can only assume so that if I checked my order it wouldn’t be obvious they made the completely wrong sandwiches.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Awful service. Never again.

I walked into the restaurant to order and pay for 6 people. Staff told me that she couldn’t take my order because it was lunch time and that an order of 6 was too many… as I sat there wondering why she said that, her and the other staff helped everyone else that walk through the door. I get meals for a lot offices and never got turned away due to it being busy during lunch time. Highly disappointed.

The sandwich was fine, but the service was terrible. We placed an online order and when we picked up our bag and got home to eat, we were missing over half of our order. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and an order of 3 cookies but we only received 2 sandwiches, nothing else. We called the store to let them know and the person on the phone said they packed the order themselves and KNEW they put the cookies in the bag and essentially said we were lying? They refused to refund us or give us what we ordered, so we are forced to dispute the charge. I don't recommend this location at all and won't be back.

I have had Jersey Mikes in 3 different states and loved all but when I ordered from this store they put too much mayo.I told them just a little but it was way too much

Absolutely terrible service. Past two times after ordering through the app, upon arrival they had not even begun to make the sandwich. Employees seem to be hiding from customers. And they are rude when speaking to customers.

Absolutely unhinged incompetence. Ordering from this store is consistently a nightmare so I won’t be returning. I ordered ahead through the app and drove 15 minutes to the store. I arrived at the store almost 10 minutes after the quoted time to pick it up and had to wait over 20 more minutes for the sandwich. All in, it took 45 minutes for the sandwich to be made and incorrectly. This store doesn’t use the pickup station so you have to wait for them to stop serving the customers in the store to hand you your meal. Infuriating. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This is the second time in a row this has happened here and I won’t be returning.

I walked in and waited at the counter for a while. The employees in the back could see me, but no one ever showed up to take my order. I don’t know what’s going on, but kind of rude to ignore a customer. I didn’t expect kitchen folks to just walk out and help (they have a job to do), but to not even bother to call for a worker to help is a bit ridiculous. I just left and went somewhere else. Too bad, their sandwiches are pretty decent.
