Best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life

They want to charge extra for exchanging a veggie. It's the only one that does this. Same woman evey time. Going to call corporate
I cannot rate the food as I did not get it. I placed an online order to be picked up in 15 minutes gave and I gave them 20 minutes. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting on a customer, 1 person standing in the back corner behind the counter doing nothing, and one person somewhere in the back. My order wasn’t ready, and had not even been started. I waited 5-10 more minutes and gave up, canceled my order and left. If you cannot complete orders in a timely fashion. Stop taking them on the app.

TERRIBLE, I frequent JM in multiple states and cities all over the south east and this is the worst one ever. It is consistently bad. I thought the 1st visit might be a fluke. So I tried it again on another visit to Huntsville, nope it's just that bad.
First time I tried this location. Must have been a bad day. My sandwich was burnt through and through.....
I WANNA PLACE ALL MY BIG LUNCH ORDERS HERE! The manager gave me call when I placed a massive lunch order for 50+ to make sure they got me everything I requested correctly. They let me know how they would put it together and made everything SO EASY. I can't say enough about how accommodating and sweet they were. Go get yourself a sub.
Who would consider register receipts on sandwiches to be sanitary. And why bother wearing gloves if you touch every container, receipt and money then food and not changing them in between.

I have been in here several times as a Door Dash delivery person. Every time, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. The orders are prepared in a timely fashion and I am out the door, able to delivery to the customers on time according to the app. Their sandwiches look great and the menu has a nice variety. The store is clean, welcoming atmosphere if you eat in instead of having food delivered.
Great sandwich and friendly staff. Hope to come back more often.
