Good BBQ. I had the Carolina Chopped Pork plate for lunch with baked beans and potato salad. Both sides good. Overall good quality food at moderate cost - most plates in the $13-15 range. Sweet tea is Bama sweet. Also had an order of 6 of the cheese biscuits. These are served like mini-muffins and the do have a muffin taste. They are near addictive good but rather expensive at $6.99.
Ordering is done up front and drinks and seating are self served. Food is brought to your table. Our server was very attentive and made sure had what we ordered and we were satisfied with our food. Most seating is for 4 at booths, butcher block tables, or raised tables and stools. Overall atmosphere is upscale fast-food/casual, not at all like the restaurant I had visited few years ago in Fultondale. There is adequate parking but lot may be full at peak hours. By the end of our meal at 12:15, people had started parking on the road on East side of building.

I had the great opportunity to participate in one of the two quality checks of the daily cuisines at Jim and Nicks. By far they out rank the other local BBQ restaurants in Huntsville. From the hospitality of the employees to the tenderness of the slow cooked meats, they completely and without doubt out rank the competition in Huntsville. Best catfish sandwich in Huntsville!!

Went for lunch today. Unfortunately there was an issue with my food - everyone else at the table got their food except for me. I thought it was just running behind. Maybe 5 minutes went by, and the manager JT came by to check on us. When I told him I was still waiting, he got my food to me immediately, freshly made. He went above and beyond just an apology. I was fine, I got my food, but he brought us desserts and was overall very kind and I really appreciated the amazing service provided to me and my family. Oh, and the food was really good!

First trip here...welcome to the neighborhood! Great vibe and neat bar with inside and outdoor seating. Service was great and food was great. Thank you for a good meal and taking care of us. We appreciate you.

Great experience at this new location! Ordered a “gathering meal” for a group of 12. Order was correct, ready on time, and delicious! Everyone in our group raved about the food! We were also impressed with the staff. Everyone was kind, inviting, and professional! Highly recommend!

Jim N Nick's just opened. Food was ordinary every day BBQ. Loved the muffins. Wait staff was super friendly. Yet another restaurant moving through their day without genuine customer service. No presence of leadership.

The food was very delicious.
I can’t say enough good things about the service.
It was a little too loud for me. But I am getting up in the years and I don’t like noisy areas because my hearing is not young anymore.
My dining partner’s chicken strips were cook a little too long and the meat was dry.
We told our server, by the way, was the manager.
He graciously offered her anything on the menu to make up for it.
She order the BBQ sandwich and it arrived to our table in less than 2 minutes.
She said the sandwich tasted very good.
He then offered a dessert, for free.
We got the banana puddin’.
Great service, great food. And the location is great. Easy in easy out.
We will be recommending this place to others.

The chicken was undercooked. We brought it home and air fryed it at 425 for 12 minutes and it was good to go. The complimentary sweet cake muffins - not to my thing. Pulled pork, potato salad and baked beans were good.

They were great! The company no longer has what I like on the menu, but the manager remembered when they did and had the kitchen make it for me! Wonderful food and service was above and beyond the norm!

I placed on online order that ended up with a technical glitch. The GM refunded my tip and gave me a gift card for my time spent waiting to get the order correct. Great customer service.
