I had the great opportunity to participate in one of the two quality checks of the daily cuisines at Jim and Nicks. By far they out rank the other local BBQ restaurants in Huntsville. From the hospitality of the employees to the tenderness of the slow cooked meats, they completely and without doubt out rank the competition in Huntsville. Best catfish sandwich in Huntsville!!
Went for lunch today. Unfortunately there was an issue with my food - everyone else at the table got their food except for me. I thought it was just running behind. Maybe 5 minutes went by, and the manager JT came by to check on us. When I told him I was still waiting, he got my food to me immediately, freshly made. He went above and beyond just an apology. I was fine, I got my food, but he brought us desserts and was overall very kind and I really appreciated the amazing service...
