“I placed an order for delivery Friday and had a little mishap with not receiving it the first time. I called the store and spoke with an associate, I explained that I didn’t get my order. He had added that they were a bit short staffed and had one delivery person so things were a bit hectic. He rectified the situation within MINUTES and had my order remade and delivered.
