My sweet husband decided to stop by and bring home food us tonight. While his order was good, my sandwich had barely 2 pieces of meat on the entire sub. It was bread with 2 thin, small pieces of meat. For nearly $9 for a sandwich I expected more than just bread. I’ve never had this issue at Subway or any other chain sandwich shop.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit. The sandwich was super dry, and for a busy Saturday night, there were way too few employees. I ended up waiting 24 minutes in line, which was frustrating. They really need to staff up. On the bright side, the lady I chatted with in line was nice, but that’s not exactly what I came for.

Denied my service dog access. I was just picking up am order anyway that was already paid for but to deny a service dog is actually against the law. Their employees need to be educated on how to deal with service animals. The food was at least good and they are open late.

Parking: Downtown parking and on the weekend the crossroad it's on is blocked off. Google doesn't account for that and will have you going in circles.

Kid-friendliness: not dog friendly

Was my only meal of the day while traveling. $15 for a sandwich with nothing between it. Yeah, I cannot recommend this location to anyone ever... Horrible experience...
Management was supposed to contact me and never did so.I'm leaving this.

Umm just a really bad experience. We ordered a veggie sandwich and a Cuban, the Cuban came out quickly and it was fine. About 15 minutes later we were handed another sandwich, it wasn’t vegetarian. We asked for her to remake it and she got very frustrated and started aruging with the other employees, after another 15 minutes we were handed a new sandwich the guy “thinks is vegetarian.” The employees seemed so angry and frustrated we didn’t want to stay any longer and just left. I get having a bad day but it was such an uncomfortable experience with the staff arguing with each other to this extent.

Vegetarian options: Would not recommend this location as a vegetarian

Save yourself the time and trouble of ordering online at lunch rush: they prioritize in-person orders over online orders. It can take up to 30 minutes to get 4 regular subs at lunchtime if you order online, whereas it only takes 5-7 minutes if you order at the counter. The food is good, but I will not be ordering online anymore since they don't even deliver to our location, we have to go pick it up anyway (even though they deliver a half mile away at the high school).

The manager apologized for our wait, which was nice. But they weren't even calling out pickup orders half the time, and then the manager actually got onto a guy for checking the shelf for his order. Ridiculous.

We used this Jimmy John's to cater a business event and they did a fantastic job! The gentleman came in, set everything up very nicely and required nothing but the room location to do so. Ordering was a breeze with Sam, too! We will be using you guys again in the future! Great job!

I placed on order at the downtown store because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I accidentally placed the order for pickup instead of delivery as I was at work. When I realized what I did I called to fix it. I was told that I would have to re-order and that I would lose the coupon. Cool. Irritating but cool even though they knew I wasn't trying to pull one over on them seeing as my food hadn't left the store but, whatever. The person i talked to was completely unhelpful. All I was told was that the drivers get paid by the mile and I told them I don't mind paying the delivery fee. So, after deciding they just weren't going to help me i canceled the order. I then get a call saying they won't refund me because it wasn't something they messed up. Totally unacceptable. So, not only did they not even try to help me they stole the $2 for the meal I didnt get and the $4 tip I left to the driver that didn't bring me food. Good thing it was only $6. Guess this garbage company needs that $6 more than I do. Would leave zero stars if I could. Will never go back. Pay attention when you order online because they'll screw you over given the chance.

Freaky fast or Freaky rude? Submitted an order for one sandwich and realized after 20 mins they had not confirmed my address. Called back to verify they knew I was at my office and not my house and I got an electronic recording. I then hung up and dialed their main line one more time to see if it would go through and they did indeed pick up only to tell me to "stop calling every number they have" He went on to tell me I was embarrassing him because all their phones would not stop ringing and he had a line of customers waiting ?. 50 mins later my sandwich was MIA and I had to head out to my next appointment on an empty stomach.

There is a manager named: Matthew Danford. My original order was through Door Dash and this man called me to let me know there wasn't a driver available (he explained but I forgot...), anyway, he told me he would still make the sandwich and he'd bring it to me when he got off. I couldn't have him going out of his way. I told him I'd come get it. Because of this, I tipped him $10 because he called me from his cellphone and was willing to bring it to me. I tip because I'm a Dasher too. Thank you, Matthew.
