Delivery is a waste of money with this location. It used to be efficient and reliable, but the last 3 orders have taken over an hour and have been incorrect, and I’m just a mile away. I’m a big JJs fan- until this one started going downhill and raising fees.

at this location - the one thing i trust is that my order is gonna be wrong every time. i love jimmy johns and order here frequently but at this point i feel like this location must have something against me. just last week ordered a veggie and it came with no cheese or guac (the whole point of the sandwich), and just now ordered a combo meal with no drink and the bread is extremely thick on one side, and ultra thin on the other, it's impossible to eat it like this. these are recent occasions but it is every time something not right - im ok when my order not right every now and then but damn its just every single time, never seen anything like it elsewhere

it's super frustrating especially when it's delivery bc i try to call, for example to send the drink, and they will never answer, so its truly a waste of money.

This location would have gotten more stars but it is in a terrible location for finding parking. Atleast a dedicated parking spot or 2 for pickups would be great

Whoever the young lady was working at 1:28am 8/17/2025 apparently doesn't need to be in high stress or even low stress environments. Simply waiting on food silently and patiently, she called a similar order ahead of us (which we witnessed) for pickup but misspoke and expected more of the made orders to be picked up. When she called specially the actual order we had, she acted as if she was a teacher or supervisor and ridiculed me for not responding fast enough...despite literally 0 customers after us so no rush whatsoever. When called out, instead of acknowledging and apologizing, she doubled down as if we weren't paying attention despite us being the ONLY ones inside and clearly waiting PATIENTLY with nothing but respect and understanding. If I. Would remove a tip retroactively I would. Nothing but respectful and understanding in a late hour and treated like we were a holes.

Portions here suck. I could hardly see any meat

We used to go to this location twice a week but it’s gone down hill. The front of the store is used for trash and boxes, that’s great to walk into !! Today there was not trash but the smell of trash because the floors in that area hasn’t been cleaned in months , the manager and owner should be ashamed! The toasted sub we ordered had barely any meat on it and the lettuce was soggy not fresh. I highly suggest you go to the airport rd location 100times better and cleaner.

The person who is delivering around the square is a little bit rude. They are super rushed you can barely understand what they’re saying and they leave a box in the elevator doors which could cause a problem. They need to slow down and take a little more time so people can understand what they’re saying.

Great subs, quick service and clean environment.

My food was ready for an online order shortly after I arrived. The staff was courteous and helpful. The sandwiches were great.

Messed up our orders had to walk back and they actually told me that everything was right and had to show them the physical sandwich and the receipt and what they missed. Jimmy John's Stupid fast or just stupid! I'm sorry I'm not trying to scam you for an extra cookie just relax and pull up your pants, I don't want to see underwear by the food!!! 🤮🤮🤮 They were also out of crispy onions and Cherry Coke. the bottles were warm. All around save you some time don't come to this place!

I placed an order for delivery Friday and had a little mishap with not receiving it the first time. I called the store and spoke with an associate, I explained that I didn’t get my order. He had added that they were a bit short staffed and had one delivery person so things were a bit hectic. He rectified the situation within MINUTES and had my order remade and delivered. Amazing customer service!

This Jimmy John's used to be pretty good, but as you can tell by the recent reviews, things have changed. I ordered two sandwiches for delivery today - nothing complicated or special. Our office is only two blocks from the restaurant. As I'm writing this, it has been 1 hour and 30 minutes and counting since my order, and we still haven't gotten any food. I'm kicking myself for not just walking over there or ordering from somewhere else.

This place is 5 mins from me and so far it has been 45 mins and no lunch.
