There is a manager named: Matthew Danford. My original order was through Door Dash and this man called me to let me know there wasn't a driver available (he explained but I forgot...), anyway, he told me he would still make the sandwich and he'd bring it to me when he got off. I couldn't have him going out of his way. I told him I'd come get it. Because of this, I tipped him $10 because he called me from his cellphone and was willing to bring it to me. I tip because I'm a Dasher too. Thank you, Matthew.

Me and my partner visited there this evening and were very disappointed. We were told upon our arrival that the location was out of regular white bread and we picked wheat break as our replacement. However, after receiving the sandwiches my partner and I were extremely disappointed with the different sizes (2 large subs) I explicitly ordered and the staff acknowledged that we ordered while charging us. The wheat bread sandwiches are clearly not the same sizes sandwiches (only close to small subs, if that) and not worth the upcharge, but the staff didn't stop us upcharching ourselves. This is what upset us the most,they knew we werent getting the biggest subs, but still let us go through with the upcharges of the largest sandwich sizes, and all knowing full well that they didn't have the bread to make the sandwiches and we still got 2 small sandwiches. There was no reimbursement for the bread change, either.

Horrible service! The kids in there couldn't put any effort into making a good sandwich and was just falling apart. Short deformed bread with odd size. When I finally had the manager come over and ask what's wrong he reacted as if he didn't even care because he's already used to this kind of reaction from customers. Lazy kids don't care about their jobs these days! Wasted my time here this evening on my way home.

Horrible customer service. After waiting a little over an hour, I received my sandwich but no drink. I called back and was told there was nothing they could do, because it was a technicality. The worker who answered was rude and couldn’t tell me when a manager would be in because, “well, I work at a sandwich shop”. 0/10 would recommend this location.

This has been the second time that I have ordered a wrap and substituted the tortilla for French bread. And it was the second time today that they have gotten my order wrong and I had to make my way all the way back to the restaurant to get my order corrected . Today however a short African American woman was extremely rude and demanding to me and completely unapologetic about the mishap that has happened twice now. She demanded that I throw the wrap away before she would give me my correct order. I watched the man make my order wrong again and I tried to make things less tense by just taking the extra ingredients off . I left the store again, got back to work, and realized they put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. I truly did not want to make my way back to that restaurant but I paid for the sandwich and I want it that exact way. The African American lady was again rude, took my bag and the sandwich, and FINALLY they made my sandwich correct. It’s unfortunate because this restaurant is by my job and easily accessible but I have no choice but to not shop here again. This was my experience, go at your own risk.

I've eaten here late night 3 times after concerts. The service is good. The country club on wheat is excellent. They have the only jalapeño kettle chips I will eat. Very good stuff.

This blonde dyed hair, with Brown roots, and I'm a ponytail was rude over a mistake on sandwich. My boyfriend didn't want mayonnaise on his sandwich and asked them politely to remake it because it had mayonnaise which the menu didn't say. The lady who makes the sandwich shouted on the top of her lungs, "you have asked for that at the register" and my boyfriend a look, made whole scene over it. Almost made me leave and talk to the manager. This location needs to fire her.
