Had the most unpleasant experience with the crew at this location this week! Horrified to hear the employees talking about eating customers food that was brought back for being made wrong, complaining about the food quality in front of customers as well while being rude to customers.
We waited to be acknowledged when we came in despite there being no crowd and four employees in the front. They made our order wrong, and after asking them to remake it, they made it wrong again, and had to remake two other customers orders while we were there. None of the employees had any attempts to be polite to the folks there.
It was clear that management doesn't keep a close eye on this store. Not clean, not pleasant, and we don't plan to try Jimmy John's again. We felt uncomfortable and took our sandwiches home after we heard enough sitting in store to eat.
Dietary restrictions: I would not advise this location if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff is not diligent, mistaking 4 orders while we were there.

DO NOT ORDER online. In store experiences have been good. We decided to order online and have delivered. Delivery was super quick, however the sandwich was like a dry sponge. We customized toppings as normal and it came with NO oil and vinegar and a few other toppings. They were kind enough to add tomatoes that we instructed to not include on the sandwich. Called store, spoke to manager and surprisingly told us we were mistaken about what my eyes were seeing and my mouth was tasting. I’ll make sure to drive past airport rd to visit downtown location next time.

Walked in to get lunch and my new card was frozen from a new pin issue. Guy who took my order paid for my lunch! That is TOP NOTCH service! So grateful and thankful. Really makes up for all the tough service issues. Definitely coming back to buy my man’s lunch!

Very dissapoimted in the leadership at this location. I asked to have a number 13 but made with the spinach wrap. Was told they can not do that because those are only for the Mediterranean wrap. They were willimg to lose a sale over this. Then I ask for a cup of water for my wife's lunch to which they want to charge for a medium cup. Bad customer service from front to back!! The one plus was the cashier Ebony, who was friendly and did feel bad that the "owner" does not allow my request. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered delivery for $60 worth of food one day and waited an hour with no update until someone finally called and said they “ran out of bread” (based on other reviews it looks like they use this excuse a lot) and that they were on the way with our order now. Another hour goes by and we hear nothing from them. We never got our food and eventually had to request a refund.A week goes by and, thinking that last time was just a fluke, we ordered again. The food got here in a decent amount of time, but we opened the bag to see our entire $50 order (just 2 subs and a side) was wrong. We called to tell them and tried to be as kind as possible, but they seemed incredibly upset that we called at all. We could even hear another staff member complaining that we called in the background. Terrible service, very unprofessional. Would recommend literally any of the other 3 or 4 nearby sandwich shops over this one.

Ask for Max if you have service issues with your order. He told me I was credited back the entire amount for my original "disastrously made" giant hunt club, so I'll be on the lookout for that. #77. He was extremely kind and courteous on the phone and in person. I appreciate the great customer service!
