Clean fast and friendly service. The staff is super understanding and will help you out if you a picky eater like me highly recommend

Came in at 8:50. All the tables were pushed to one side of the room and all the employees were hanging out sitting in the back booths. They made our order no problem, but when we went to get our drinks the soda sprayed everywhere but the cup and soaked my shoes. They had removed the nozzles for cleaning and neglected to tell us. They had to fill out drinks up in the back. The food was as expected from Jimmy John's(good) but the service was lacking.

The service is quick, they've never gotten my order wrong, and the food is tasty.

Jimmy Johns is my thing! I've been eating and loving Jimmy Johns for years and since moving to Huntsville, this location has become my go to Jimmy Johns location. The staff are friendly and helpful and they store is clean and well run. Check it out!

I love sub places. There are a lot in my area. It is hard to choose which place to go, but I loved Jimmy John's. The health rating is great, good customization, and good staff. If there was anything bad say, I would say the seating not great. The chairs aren't very comfortable and the tables are quite. I understand that they are limited on space, however. Overall great!?

I eat here at least once a week. The staff is very friendly to me. My order is always made correct. I am able to get in and out quickly and often use the app to order my food for a faster pickup.

Excellent service. They even know what I want before I finish. I come here often and will be back. Great food quality.

The service was horrible, Im guessing washing hands is a thing of the past! My sandwiches where all wrong (paid for three). I honestly wouldnt recommend this place to a frog!!!!, much less family and friends. One star is'nt even low enough. I WILL not be EATING here again.

An hour later and we are still waiting on our delivery. So much for freaky fast. Not the best customer service. When we called to check the status of the order the person answering the phone was extremely rude and would not listen.

Never been disappointed here. There was only one person working but they did not let them stop em! Quick as usual. Great job.

This location seems to always be closed for maintenance every time I go threw drive threw around 7pm or so there is always a sign on the speaker

Pretty freaking slow. We came on a Saturday were the only customers in the place. Took 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. While sitting and enjoying our meal a lady, I'm hoping was an employee came in on her pajamas. A spaghetti strap tank top way to small and short shorts that had seem better days. She walked right behind the counter didn't wash hands don gloves, and began slicing onions. Filled the container with onions than left. Very unprofessional. Will not eat here again
