I love this place and have eaten here often but tonight the service I received was not great. The waitress always serve the ramen by grabbing the top of the bowl. Tonight the waitress dipped her finger in my bowl by accident while serving my food and I brought it to her attention and she proceeds to show me her finger and say no she didn’t when her finger clearly had orange/red oil residue from the spicy sauce in the ramen. When asked to remake the ramen she told the kitchen staff that I said she stuck her finger in it and proceeds to tell them that she don’t do it and to put the bowl aside and wait a few mins and re-serve the same bowl. They literally brought me the same bowl back and tried to say they didn’t but we watched them whole time and personally heard them say it. The whole ordeal was disgusting and overall bad service. Asked for a refund and left which was disappointing as I tried to give them a chance to fix it.

If you want ramen and noodles, go to Aki. If you want good gyoza, go anywhere else. Gyoza is straight from a box store, ramen is poor. Have to pay $1 for a vobdiment (chili oil, spicy mayo, etc.). All other Ramen shops have better food, better prices, better overall service. Just another Mid City restaurant that is over-hyped. Save yourself the traffic trouble, and enjoy a nice meal somewhere else.

Other than being very loud due to how popular they are this place is a 10/10. Always my favorite place to eat.

The food was great. I front desk didn't speak she just looked at & said "Yes 😐?" When I told her my order name, she just dropped my bag on the counter.
No "How are you?", "Thanks for coming.", "Enjoy!" I wanted to take my tip back 🙄

The prices are a bit steep, but the food is amazing. The only complaint I have is the seating area is not easy to maneuver a wheelchair. Can be a struggle to get to seating especially during peak hours. Otherwise everything is wonderful!
Wheelchair accessibility: Technically accessible, but I say that loosely. The table setups make it difficult to get larger wheelchairs through. I would assume smaller manual wheelchairs wouldn't have as much trouble. While the restroom itself does legally qualify as being accessible the door to get towards the bathroom makes it quite difficult to get a wheelchair in there.

Good food, albeit pricey for the quantity. It's a decent lunch portion, but $25 for lunch is rough. Especially if 1 of the 4 small pieces of pork is nothing but fat. Flavor is on point.
