They didn't have anything Irish. The menu online showed lots of traditional Irish choices but the menu there only had fish and chips and Rubens which when ordering we were informed they didn't have Rubens. They said they were in the process of changing their menu but I don't understand whyvan Irish place would ever not offer Irish options The beer cheese dip was not good, it was flavorless and way to thick and glue like. The potato chips that came with it tasted like refried ruffles with seasoning salt. The service was pretty good.

Poor service. Sirloin ordered medium rare came well done. I think it was a cheap flank steak. Appitisers never arrived. To top it off the shift lead smirked and laughed when these problems were pointed out. Sad, because we used to like this place. I will never be back.

We were greeted and seated promptly. The view of the park from the patio was great. We had fish and chips and a grilled chicken salad, and they were both really good. Service was excellent. We will definitely be going back.

1st time there and M and Katie are the only reason I stayed. Good people they are. Plus the wings were good also. But extra points for those two.

Emily was our waitress. Very nice and definitely did as best as she could. Management was very lax and didn’t schedule a lot of people for a Friday night, so Emily and one other person was tending to 40 other people. Our food was decent but not the best, we blame the cooks. I asked for a burger done medium well and my parents got bangers and mash. The mash was cold, as if they might have microwaved it.

This place is amazing! It was our first time there and we will be going back! Unfortunately, they were understaffed for the amount of business they had on a night with a concert at Von Braun, BUT that didn't stop them. They told us there would be a wait and why. The manager, Kara and the other server handled it beautifully. They all checked on us throughout the meal, they worked great as a team, the bartender was friendly and fast, and the kitchen didn't disappoint either! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was laid back too. Great job tonight everyone!!!!!

We enjoyed our visit. The food was good, the fry bread was amazing. Great staff, the shift leader greeted us at the door and was extremely friendly. M took care of us any time our waitress was busy.

First time eating at Keegan's. Good experience. We had the Shepards Pie, fish and burger. Everyone loved their meals. Excellent service. We will be back.

The reality of the "re-vamped" menu? They removed all of the best items and replaced them with mediocre ones that sound delicious but are not. Our favs before the changes were the beer cheese loaded tots, the pot roast sandwich, and the chicken pot pie (all were so good we are mourning the loss). Tonight we ordered the appetizer chips ($9) and we added buffalo chicken and bacon for $4. This was robbery. $13 total for a small bowl of cold potato chips with a small amount of cold chicken bits tossed in buffalo sauce and an almost undetectable (certainly not tasty) amount of fatty bacon bits. I was being nice or I would have laughed at the sight of it and sent it back. We were still starving after eating this (like we hadn't really eaten anything), so we ordered the loaded fries for $9. This is what used to be the loaded tots, which we ordered almost every time we came here. The portion size again was small, beer cheese and tomatoes were tasty, but there was not a jalapeno in sight. They either accidentally left them off, or they were somehow hidden - but the flavor without them was lacking. The tots used to fill us up and added a tiny bit of crispy, even when smothered in beer cheese - now you just have limp fries. We were highly disappointed in the changes to this dish. We ordered 6 wings and they were fine - they haven't been changed, apparently. The waitress was super friendly, so this was one noted improvement. But seriously, $55 (includes 20% tip) for 6 wings, a small bowl of glorified chips, a small bowl of cheese fries, and two domestic beers? Never going back - you've lost us as customers. Terrible "updates" - you took a decent Irish pub and made it into a mediocre, overpriced sports bar. No thanks. I was thinking the old Keegan's might stick around a while - but with the poor quality of the food, small portions, and high prices - without any of the Irish dishes that made it seem special before - I predict it won't stick around.

The host was the best we've ever had. He brought water for our dog and made sure our table was acceptable. I even saw him rush across to the stairs because a woman hurt herself. Super guy! Food was good and waitress was nice.

I had high hopes for this place, but ended up leaving there disappointed. The drinks were lousy, and the food was sub-par. Everything tasted greasy. Things that should have been crisp, like tots and croutons, were all soggy. All of the fried items (including French fries) had a weird fishy taste -- presumably the fryer oil needed to be changed. I would have rated it 2 stars, but knocked it up to 3 since the servers were very attentive to us, especially during the first half of our visit.

Kinda loud, but it was a Friday night. Great food and even better service! Our group of six loved it. Highly recommend!!!

Several things I wanted to try but selected the pot roast with sweet potato waffle fries. Outstanding but I am going back someday and try the Chicken Pot Pie and the Meat Loaf. They both looked great.

The food has always been somewhat decent, but the service is horrendous. I like the location and wanted to enjoy this place, but the food doesn't come close to making up for the terrible service. I have tried several times and have finally given up on this place. The 2 stars are for the cool location and "ok" food
