The cashier and drive through was absolutely rude had an attitude. Every single time that I go I get messed up food. I spent $20 on the 8-piece bucket of chicken I posted the pictures of what I received. And it's messed up every single time. I will never go back again that's my word.

I like KFC because of the Chicken. I hate when companies due deceptive advertising. Just makes me NOT want to ever go there.
Today I got an electronic message from KFC advertising a $3.99 Pot Pie. I thought, Ok, let's give that a try. So over I drove. When I went to the drive through windows she had no idea about the coupon and told me I was wrong. When I pulled up to the window and showed it to her she called over her manager. The manager told me she could not honor the coupon and that I could pay normal price or not get it.
What, they are not going to honor the coupon they sent to me??? Then why have the program. What deceptive marketing.
And the manager could not do anything? Could not override the system? Really surprising. Or, is she just lying like the marketing people?
Not going back to the KFC. Ever.
