I placed a mobile order, was told to park and come inside. Only for the doors to be locked. Then, when I went back through the drive thru & informed them that the door was locked, I was told “I know it is, your order hasn’t came through yet. Park and I will bring it out to you when it is ready.” It’s pouring rain right now btw.
I WAITED 30 MINUTES. I watched countless cars order and receive their food, and the app said my order has been ready. I finally called, only to be told that they had a lot of orders on the screen and it was “almost” ready. I ordered 3 tenders and a French fry, then when I finally received it, everything was cold. Apparently my order had been ready for a while. Also made me late for work.

Tried to get chicken nuggets, due to a miscommunication got a two piece chicken dinner, it was for my grandson, I went in and told them my grandson can't have any ck with bones, could I get anything off the children menu, they informed me that I got what I ordered and offered to give me two pieces of nuggets, I left without any food or my money, I guess that is what they call getting robbed legally,I called on the phone tried to get a respond,left a massage, they said they call me back, still waiting, I truly feel like I was robbed

First of all, they forgot my gravy. If I’m getting mashed potatoes, how could you not put in the gravy? Second, they don’t take off my coupon and charged me full price. Third, when I came back for the gravy the staff were too busy chitchatting amongst themselves to even acknowledge me. Terrible service.

Not only the worst KFC on the planet, but it’s the worst food establishment on the planet. They’ll mess up your order every single time while also being incredibly rude to you the entire time! It’s a HORRID experience! I literally did not know an establishment could be so absolutely terrible all around. And DoorDash, PLEASE FIRE KFC OR DO WHATEVER YOU DO TO TAKE THEM OFF OF DOORDASH!

Service was terrible door was locked with no sign on it tried to cancel and got the runaround had to eat in my car. Don't recommend.

The 10 dollar bucket of chicken is too good to be true! But it is true! I love it! And I enjoy all that works at this store they are always so nice!

I love the food but I feel like the district level management is trash. One time like 2 months ago I was immediately asked to pull up to the front to wait for an order ostensibly cuz they were making my fries fresh… I waited ten minutes in the parking lot for them to bring out my cold order til I walked back in, watched them give 2 folks orders with fresh fries, I heard an employee mention that there was someone waiting on an order… I piped up saying it was me… they apologized but last week I was in there with my dad, he ordered a large drink and the cashier rang him up for a medium… he kept saying it was a large she couldn’t hear him or something over the busted microphone… the white dude with the long hair his name tag said manager or something told him he needed a dollar more to get a large drink cuz the cashier had ordered him a medium drink… when I looked up the app it said the medium > large difference was .20c …. My dad gave him the dollar and got what he wanted, but I’m confused on who is managing this place… great food, just about everyone I know agrees, but the staff is weird and I feel like management has to be a problem if a low level manager is stressing about a dollar and if I’m like, immediately being asked to pull to the front then waiting in the dining room for ten minutes.
It shouldn’t be this hard to get original recipe chicken in Huntsville. I know why they’re asking me to pull to the front, it’s cuz they hit a button that said it took less than a minute to serve me. I know why that guy asked my dad to pay extra for the large drink he repeatedly attempted to order, it’s cuz yall are auditing his cash register like crazy and he’s terrified he’s gonna be in trouble cuz the new girl made an easy mistake. And customer service suffers and yalls reviews suck. The foods pretty good tho.
Put in a mobile order and walked across the street to pick it up. I walked In and immediately was screamed at by the manager “No sir! UH UH! No dine in!”
I told her I had a mobile order and she proceed to scream “it’s NOT done! Go outside Now!” I waited over 32 Minuits for my order standing outside.

The food sucked, the workers were on their cell phone they were lazy, they told me that my food will be out in 6 minutes it took 20, and the manager is just as worse than the employees, somebody needs to get fired, and did I mention a food is bad, the best part of my meal is the Dr Pepper.... I was thirsty and frustrated

**KFC Customer Review**
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. My order was not prepared correctly; I didn't receive the biggest item I ordered, and what I did receive was incorrect. I paid $13 for the meal, and it was frustrating not to get what I paid for.
When I called to address the issue, the customer service was unacceptable. The General Manager communicated through another employee and seemed annoyed when I asked to speak with him directly. When he finally came to the phone, he was rude and showed no professionalism.
The person who took my order did it correctly, as my receipt showed exactly what I requested. However, the execution was entirely wrong, and the lack of proper customer service only made the situation worse.
I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.
