Ordered chicken online night before last. Said chicken would be ready at 9:25.I get there at 9:30, all lights are off. Sit and wait no one in site. Blow horn a man appears said we're closed out of chicken. I said what about my order or my money. He said it's an automated service , I can't help what it said and I can't give you money back sorry go online and handle it. Didn't get chicken or my money back . No one answered phone at store next day either. I contacted on line still zero response. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS.

Be careful ordering at the drive through. The speaker sounds like it's blown out so it's all mumbled and on top of that it's right next to the highway so you can barely make up what they say. Because of this they took my order and I'm guessing they asked if I wanted to try their A Lacarte Famous Bowl and I've must have said sure? I feel like they know this and taking advantage of it. But like I said be careful ordering at the drive through. The young lady receiving my orders straight up said "GO AHEAD!" lol.

I ordered two pot ? and one of the bowls. The bowl was fine. They never have pot pies ? made. But today they had them. The crust was baked with half a crust on top and it was dried out inside. I received this Order from the location S. Memorial Pkwy off Bob Wallace. I will never order from them again. ?

Let’s people pull in and be held captive in line for Nothing for 20 minutes and they aren’t taking orders except for delivery for the last 20 minutes??? So you are trapped in their parking lot and get no food, no service and I’ve been asked numerous times to pull around the building when they were busy but tonight I got to waste my time and gas for nothing because the idiots refused to ask the last customer they’d serve to pull around??? NEVER GoIng TO KFC Again!!

We’ll I can’t rate the food cause I didn’t receive any due to down right rude staff just ignored me while I was trying to order I even tried to walk in thinkin maybe drive thru thing was broke. But the door was locked. As I was checking the door I notice they took a order at the drive thru proving I was being ignored so I went to the order screen to order and mentioned to the guy my situation he said “so u gonna order?” I said no I’m good and left upset. Then went to pop eyes and had a better situation hands down.
Can't go inside for mobile orders. Which is the whole point of them! So, you sit in DT for 30 minutes AFTER your food should have been ready. If I could have canceled my order, I would. This is ridiculous.

In my 53 years I have nerver gotten fooca from KFC that was so NASTY it was cold gummy old n my order was not yes I came close to closing but they could have asked if I wanted fresh food instead of giving me food that been sittin out since opening will nerver come back to this KFC again a wayte of my 20.00 Dollar if it had not been close to closing n I waited til I got home I would asked for my money back
