Walked in to the smell of marijuana, ordered an eight piece bucket, large mashed potatoes and large cole slaw with a side of jalapenos. After getting back home to eat I realized there were no flatware or jalapenos. Tried calling 3 times and they never answered, I would not recommend this location

My fiest visit to the city. I normally like KFC but not this restaurant. The bread was HARD and the chicken was cold. I went after work and saw employees propped in the drive thru window (half body in) chatting it up. There were no customers other than me so I thought my food would be fresh; it just wasn't and the atmosphere was scary.

Biscuits were almost raw, chicken was burned and pieces were tiny. There is no way they would have served this food in person. Clearly they feel anything goes for delivery orders!!

Placed twice on DoorDash. First time was told they didn’t receive the order. Okay it happens. Second time was told they “didn’t have food”. I place over an hour from when they close. They had food they were just lazy. Both me and DoorDash tried to call the store, completely ignored the phone. Lazy workers.

Went to KFC on Jordan ln they say they only got chicken no sides no sauces nothing to drink ok let me just get 2 breast y'all why they gave my food like this 0 out of 0 would not recommend her if u want anything other than chicken in a bag ?
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Young lady in the window seemed to have a constant attitude. The store constantly does not have the items they advertise. Food was cold and half way prepared. Do better KFC!!!
