Drive thru after surgery with my daughter and placed 2 orders the same thing, 2 boxes of 2 breasts (said we would pay extra) and coleslaw, biscuits and 1 side of fries plus 2 drinks. Came home, and both orders were incorrect . Money was 1 brest and a WING, and my daughter was 1 breat and a LEG.. How hard is it to fill an order correctly? I I would NOT recommend this place again and will not buy from them again. Incompetent workers !!!

Went thru drive thru. Food was as good as KFC ever is (my favorite fried chick) except this time was a lil dry and they didnt have one piece of chicken that i like. They dont always have every piece in chrispy and original. Nobodys perfect all the time.

My odere was imcomplete and could not get through to the store to see what happened. I had the delivered by doordash. I ordered at 230 to be delivered at 530 and did not get it until after 6 and of course the food was cold. I will not order from this kfc again since they can not be reached. KFC has always been me favorite place

No reason for the bathroom to have flies going around! If it's food service, even the facilities should be clean...think about that. You then went to prepare somebody's food. Assign a person to the bathroom. ?

It's fast food what is there to really say. The chicken seemed to be undercooked on the bottom side . The batter it was fried in was soggy. The cashier was a good to have there

There was an issue when I checked my order in the drive-through. We checked it before we left , and I walked in and explained the issue. They were so nice and apologized over and over. Fixed everything and even came out to check on us as we were eating in the parking lot

Call in order..go inside the doors are locked at 6pm..go through the drive through to waite 15 to 20 minutes...what's the purpose of a call in then?
