This is the worse KFC I've ever been to. When i went to the drive through we say there and had to wait for 24 minutes after we had ordered and then the meal was cold when we tried calling to store to complain nobody would answer the phone.

Rude staff that couldn’t fill my order, made me wait 20 minutes before telling me they couldn’t fill my order and then couldn’t figure out how to refund my money. Incredibly sad, rude, and incompetent.

Idk about these reviews. They have a 97. My order was right, food was hot and fresh, and it was delicious. But even if it wasn’t right, that is okay. Mistakes happen.

I haven’t had KFC in years. Decided to stop and get a family meal for dinner. 12 piece. I was asked what 3 large sides. I said… Fries, potatoes and mac and cheese. $42!! I get home and I’m given coleslaw! No one in this house eats coleslaw! Didn’t have fries at all and hardly any potatoes! Definitely not a “large” Can’t take it back because she made sure to put coleslaw on the receipt to. Not to mention I don’t want to drive 15 mins there and 15 mins back for fries! Super unfriendly! Tried thanking her and was met with hateful silence and rude stares.. definitely see why I stopped eating here!!

Service was friendly! Food was crap. We stopped going to KFC years ago but had a good deal and the chicken was actually good! Went back a few weeks later and the chicken was small and mushy hence the reason we stopped going years ago.

Went at 7pm and they have all doors locked .this isnt first time but if you going have a business keep it open so people can come in all people dont use drive thru service. They want to sit and relax to eat.

Drive thru after surgery with my daughter and placed 2 orders the same thing, 2 boxes of 2 breasts (said we would pay extra) and coleslaw, biscuits and 1 side of fries plus 2 drinks. Came home, and both orders were incorrect . Money was 1 brest and a WING, and my daughter was 1 breat and a LEG.. How hard is it to fill an order correctly? I I would NOT recommend this place again and will not buy from them again. Incompetent workers !!!
