So I keep telling myself not to eat here, lol we got one of those family packs, and who would know, they cut the biscuits in half and charged the full price. How can this business stay afloat when you offer horrible service, can’t get a order correct, and keep in stock of normal items.

We purchased a 12 pc bucket of chicken yesterday 5/3/2020 thru the drive up. When We got home and opened the box I was absolutely shocked. Immediately I knew the chicken was cooked in OLD COLD GREASE!!! And the meat...well I don't know what was wrong with that. The meat was falling off the bone and literally looked like a dog had been chewing on the bones. It was not crispy at all!!! It was so soggy with grease the breading was falling off the chicken!! It literally turned my stomach!! It was definately the worst chicken I have ever bought and I will NEVER go to that KFC again. (New Hope Alabama) This review is the honest truth. I gave it 1 star but if I could it would have 0 stars!!!!??

My son and I stopped at this location today after placing an order on the app. I received confirmation that the order would be ready at 12:26. Not long after, I received an additional email that there was a "problem" with my order and I should let them know at the counter. I immediately checked my bank account and noticed I was billed already, so I tried to make contact but the doors were locked due to the ongoing COVID-19 issues. An employee saw me at the door and ignored me. I then tried to call the location only to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes. I tried to call again and they ignored that attempt. At this time we left and contacted the corporate office to request a refund. All in all, I can accept the technical issues associated with the app and the billing, but the complete disregard presented by the local employees was enough to keep me from ever coming to this location again.

My end of town has had a declining of deep fried chicken so when I happened to go head over to the doctors there's a new combined building of Taco Bell and KFC I'll grab two breast and some mashed potatoes with gravy some of my favorites growing up but unfortunately not close enough to be convenient for me to eat even once a week
They do not know how to make burritos or soft tacos they don’t put anything on them all you are eating is the taco. This is the worst Taco Bell in North Alabama. Need to get new workers they don’t know how to do anything they have their number listed but it’s a fax number so you can’t call and tell them they suck wow very disappointed with this place I see why people quit eating there

Order was wrong, wrong change given back. Will not be back. Cashier doesn't know what coins look like. I dont mind waiting for hot food but I want what I ordered. Chicken was extremely greasy!
