Made a online order tonight just to wait on it for almost a hr just to get to the cashier and for her to say mobile orders have to wait. Remind you i was already waiting almost a hour. They were only serving people that were coming in they did not care about mobile orders. I had to end up leaving because I had to be somewhere before I was late. I called the store later after I left to ask if my order was finally ready just to have no one pick up the phone. So here I am without my 2 dozens of glaze and no refund. This is horrible customer service I understand resturants get busy but every customer counts even the one who does mobile orders. I would like to know if I can get my donuts or a refund or something? Not to mention they were making everyone come inside to order and not utilizing the drive through i drive a truck with a trailer it was hard to find a parking spot in the parking lot they have because its so small. Tonight was a horrible experience I ever had with them. The order says completed but I never got it.

Fire ‘em all and start over. This location has been HORRIBLE for months now with no end to their disappointment. Not only do they NOT have donuts available the staff is rude and distasteful.

This KK needs to be shut down! Every single experience I’ve had here has been negative in some way. The employees don’t seem to know what’s going on and management is clearly not managing things. I made an online order a week in advance, arrived to pick it up and a young girl, who appeared to be very sick or very high, told me that they didn’t have my donuts. I asked 3 times because it didn’t seem like what I was asking for was fully registering (“I’m picking up an online catering order”). I left extremely frustrated because this order was for a large catering event. After leaving, I called the ordering platform who called the store and (15-20 minutes later) they said they had the donuts after all. Just don’t waste your time. Too bad we can’t get a legit Krispy Kreme in central HSV!

Great doughnuts but what is the point of having a phone number if you never answer. I ordered last night and it's a whole new day and still haven't received my order. Can't get in touch with a single soul. And your website just have you in circles.. im big mad about my doughnuts

Sadly everything seems to go downhill, including Krispy Kreme. I always have loved their doughnuts, but will have to find another place to go. Ordered the Valentines Box of Flowers to be delivered and they were awful. Missing the types advertised, lazy and none of the pretty decorations advertised. Sad dried up plain donuts that look like a lazy person couldn’t be bothered enough to do a good job on. Expensive too since they were ordered and delivered. Never again. No hard working honest person would ever send out these.

Terrible experience. I have been there twice and both times they were out of doughnuts. No one ever answers the phone. The staff is rude and unprepared no matter what time you go. It’s ridiculous.

Not worth going, save your money. Look at the crap I got for $18. Wanted Valentine's ones, of course all out. Ordered 2 lemon filled, 5 chocolate covered creame filled and 5 chocolate covered custard filled. All the custard filled looks like someone licked the chocolate off.

No leadership!

8:30 on a Saturday, 8 customers in line to place orders (not waiting for order fulfillment).
Girl comes out of the back and tells customer #1, we don’t have any coffee. He says, you mean you are brewing some more? She said, no we don’t have any of the coffee packets for the machine.
Customer #2 (silver hair lady) just wanted a regular glazed… I’m sorry all we have is Lemon filled and Raspberry filled
Customer #3 (door dash driver), I’m here for a pickup of 6 regular glazed. A: we don’t have any glazed. Q: how long? A: I don’t know (he left and cancelled the customer’s order

Meanwhile there is a conveyor belt in the back running with like 1,000 donut minis on it

This is not a shop worth patronizing until someone actually manages it and is in charge. Absolute disgrace to the brand our town as well
