It seems like every time I come to this location, there's only a limited selection of donuts... last night, only had 3 options of donuts to choose from. Plus the š„ HOT š„ sign was on, but they said that they didn't have fresh donuts. I have came to this Krispy Cream Location a total of SIX times specifically looking for the cinnamon roll.... they never have it. I asked the worker when will the next time they will have it, he said he wasn't sure. My thing is... if you don't sale it, just take it off the menu lol (I guess I will have to continue to go to Publix for the rolls š )
I just hate that this is the only location in Huntsville. Never had this issue at the Michigan locations

This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever visited. Itās time to close this location, this franchise is harming the Krispy Kreme name. Location is dirty and unkept. Employees could care less about the customers. I like Krispy Kreme and have visited locations all over the world, this one is the worst.
Went to this location tonight, place was a wreck. Just close it and open a new one in Huntsville, the town deserves better.
Just wanted to add an update. The business that owns this store is a holding company based in NY. They reply to all bad reviews asking that you go to their website. This negates the negative review which is why there are so many bad reviews but the score is still high.
The bottomline is the store is neglected and I suspect the employees are not treated all that well given they seem so disinterested. Until the profits are impacted and they sell the store or take proactive measures I would stay away from this location. Same company owns multiple businesses in the southeast.

Dont have a lot of luck here. Last 4 times Ive been in ,They are out of all time favorites most the time. . Alot if the same doughnutsin the case. No cake doughnuts anymore. They don't even have the flavors in the spot that is marked a certain type. I was told that they are not allowed to put lemon or cream filled out untill a spot has been made in the display. There was at least 4 trays of regular glazed in the display. Didnt make sense to put 4 when you dont have a available space to put other variables l.

Went in the other day at 9am and was told they had no glazed donuts that it will be done in an hr and a half. There were barely any assorted donuts available. I just left. What donut shop has no donuts available. People were walking in and walking right back out. Better off just getting the stale donuts krispy kreme donuts from target. Employee just laughed it off that they had no donuts available. Place was dirty inside and no one bother with the drive thru so we had to park and go inside. Management needs to get a handle on things at this location.

Deplorable awful customer service at 6 am! I see why they gotta put coupons in the mail with that terrible customer service. Took my business to Dunkin Donuts and left a gracious tip. Go somewhere else where they treat you better like Dunkin or little big donuts!

I donāt know whatās going on with yāall lately. But EVERY TIME I try to order the specialty donuts, they never have them. Not even one. They shouldnāt even be advertised, only thing I should see on yāallās menu is original glazed because thatās all they ever have. I donāt know if your staff is too lazy to prepare the specialty donuts or what but what ever it is, is going to cause the location to be permanently shut down, you are going to lose so much business. You better wake up and get your employees together.
I think we all know if this wasn't the only location in town nobody would visit here.

We had two back-to-back negative experiences at this Krispy Kreme location. On our first visit, we were told there were no glazed donuts available until 5 p.m. ā which is pretty surprising for a donut shop. We left empty-handed.
We decided to give them another try the next day, and it only got worse. They were out of brewed coffee and had no specialty donuts available. Our drive-thru order was wrong, and I had to get out of the car to get the correct one. The cashier at the speaker asked us to repeat our order multiple times, and overall customer service was poor.
To top it off, there was an actual donut on the floor visible from the drive-thru window ā not exactly reassuring for cleanliness. Hands down, a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Will not return.

Went with my sister Friday drove 50 minutes for a dozen donuts and today after trying the original chocolate iced we purchased, my mom and sister initially thought had a soap- like taste and I took a bite, thinking maybe they were just old. Eventually we all realized our throats had started burning and we all collectively spit our bite out. Iām convinced cleaner had to have been sprayed ON the donuts. I saved the donuts and now seeing another review so similar to our experience, I will be contacting the health department. I work in fast food this is just blatantly disregarding basic food safety.

Visited the store on Nov. 1st after placing an online order. When I go to pick it up nothing of what I ordered was available and had to get original glazed instead. Iāve been trying to get in touch with someone for a week now. I originally wanted a refund for the difference in what I paid versus what I got because what I actually ordered cost more than what I had to settle for. I did indeed do the survey and asked to be contacted and it said I would in 3 days. Three days later no one has contacted me yet. Went back online and went through the ācontact meā section and asked to be contacted aging. Still nothing. Did the same exact thing a few days later and called the store to see when I could talk to the store manager and can you guess it? STILL NOTHING. I originally wanted the difference but now because of the lack of professionalism to get in contact with a customer who has specifically asked to be contacted I am now asking for a full refund. This could have been a simple and quick resolution. But here we are over a week later. I shouldnāt have to dispute this with my bank and I will be escalating this to corporate. As a fellow store manager I contact all my customers who ask to be contacted. You are never that busy to do your job.
