Yesterday, a truly lovely employee was able to fulfill a donut request of mine that was genuinely outlandish, and I greatly appreciate the kindness extended for that request. I have many food sensitivities, so the fact that they were able to accommodate me was really heartening.

I was in a rush to get to work and made a request to get a dozen donuts. The request was handled in a fast, excellent manner and the staff was super friendly. The team and I thank Krispy Kreme on a job well done! We recommend this location if you want good donuts and some of the best customer service!

I grew up with a Krispy Kreme near the school I attended. Used to go there sometimes after dropping my date off after her curfew at 11:00pm. Through the years their donuts have gotten smaller and lighter. There is practically nothing to them anymore. And the prices!!!! I guess I should thank them, because the high prices and the low quality has me eating less junk food like this.

I don’t know who the idiot is working the drive thru window today, but I’ll be reporting this place, and I’ll make sure to tell EVERY ONE not to come here. I asked for a frozen coffee. She didn’t even ASK me if I wanted a hot. She just handed it to us, said they’re out of frozen and it’s the same thing. I was still nice and asked is it Carmel? She said yes. I drove off, and it was mocha. She also told me it was still hot, but if she remade it cold, it would take 5 minutes and handed it to me hot over ice. She had a huge attitude. I will never be back to this location, and I’ll continuously report this business until I find out it was handled. Waste of money.

Came 15 minutes after they cut the hot sign off usually they still be atleast a little warm but they weren’t. I’m confused & also unsatisfied will be trying again tomorrow I

Are doughnuts supposed to be sweaty and firm when fresh outta the case?? This is a location we've come to for decades and know how amazing Krisy Kreme doughnuts are when done properly. Whether it's the hold time or storage, they were not up to par. Highly disappointing experience.

That hot light!! lol if you know, you know! This place never disappoints. I went last Sunday, 2-18-24, for my nephew. The drive through was broken. Even still, the staff was just as friendly as usual! The doughnuts were delicious, as always! My favorite for life is chocolate covered kreme filled ???
