So thankful for Hatim at the Kroger on 72 today. ❤️ Grief is a strange, frustrating thing. I had a meltdown totally opposite of my character and personality, just because the scanning machine was working against me. I was so overwhelmed that I asked him if I could be "extra" and have him just scan it all for me. I just could not do it. I tried 3 times to scan things and the machine just wouldn't. I wanted to leave my whole cart and run away crying. But I didn't. Hatim was probably thinking I was a wacko fruitcake, but he kindly helped me without judgement (aloud anyways ....) If you see this gentleman, he is hard working and kind. I am so thankful. Tell him he is amazing.

After walking around the entire store could not find greeting cards anywhere. After I finally found someone to direct me She tells me “aisle 14 if I’ve passed the chicken I've gone too far”. Ya at this Point the front door was closer than aisle 14 soo… I’m out

Great sales and clean store. However it is hard to get help some times. I had to wait quite a while when the Self check out wasn't working properly and when the girl came over she didn't say a word or even ask what I needed just scanned something and walked away

It was clean, well stocked, prices reasonable compared to other grocery stores, and friendly workers. They always seem to have a great selection of meat on sale. Their premade food is also quite good. I like their app, especially for using online coupons. This is our standard grocery store now.

I understand that people don’t show up for work. Shortness of staff is a pain in the a@@. I’m not feeling well. I would think if people are leaving full karts of groceries, one will open at Lea one staffed checkout. Please open additional lane. I’m not well and would like to get home. Unfortunately I ran out of supplies and had to get out and run to the store!

This has to be the worst-managed supermarket in America. If you're nostalgic for covid-era supply chain problems, simply shop here: chances are something you want won't be in stock. One of the coolers near the yogurt section had a missing door for months. But I stopped going here because they don't open half the self-checkout registers, meaning you'll have huge lines even at off-hours.

NICOLE just made this shopping experience the WORST I have ever had at a Kroger! Left the store without even purchasing my groceries that I spent 45 min shopping for because she made me so upset. She had the WORST customer service ever and they should not allow her to engage with ANY customers! She needs to learn people skills. All I wanted was the items that were on sale for the sale price… is that too much to ask… evidently so as far as she was concerned… I tried really hard to be patient with her but it’s like she was trying to make me mad… if I ever decide to ship here again simply because the location is convenient for me and I see her… I’d go in the opposite direction…I am going to take the high road and not not say anything mean about her but let’s just say she has other things to be concerned about other than harassing customers and giving them a hard time when they are trying to buy groceries to feed their family… I’ll go now to a different store to shop for the groceries that I left in the cart at Kroger because of Nicole… terrible ugly human being!
