The worst service ever!! I was picking up a Door Dash order late at night, there were no customers either in the store nor in the drive through lane. I had to honk to get someone to come to the window to get my customer's name. Then when she brought the food, I felt like she wanted to throw it at me for disturbing her. I will NEVER eat there. They need to fire the person running the store at night. It wasn't just bad service, it was horrible service.

Actually.. Crystal is a very great place to have sum thing to have an bite of sum thing to eat .. I jus honestly think that the attitude they greet there customers while placing an simple order with isn't cheep. The way the ladies speak to the customer's to me I feel like it's kinda disrespectful the order is placed..kinda make an person bipolar .. I experienced that with my family an it kinda make not wanna deal with disrespectful workers. Everyone can't deal with disrespect.

Just had the best experience at a Kristal’s in my life. Super friendly staff fast and hot food. Staff definitely went above and beyond. It was Around 2-3pm on Friday if any higher ups see this. These people deserve something for Their excellent service

Everything i come here for a quick bite, regardless if it is 2 am or 5pm I get the same service. Someone who just dead stares me like im some trash who made them work. It makes me uncomfortable.... I understand it's a fast food job but... would it kill you to atleast say your welcome?
Haven't had Krystals in a while, left the hospital late night and was happy to have 24 hrs available. Food was fresh and hot. The drive thru speaker box is not working properly but the employees helped us out. (Corporate you guys should get on top of that!) Great service!!!
