Do not eat here ever in your life. The place looks OK on the outside. On the inside it's disgusting. Staff are terrible. Ceiling is leaking all over the place. Food is gross. I wanted to try the white castle of the south. You shouldn't bother.

Something about a car count? Maybe the headset that connects to the drive thru should be fixed at this location. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and I was told by the employee to go back around because they needed a car count when all I was doing was picking up an online order. She said if she got her manager, the manager would say the same thing. Please fix your speaker box.

Huntsville doesn't deserve this restaurant. It doesn't matter if it's 1PM or 1AM; the staff exceeds the definition of politeness and professionalism. The consistency of the quality and quickness with which this product is provided is unparalleled, and the franchise holder should thank their lucky stars for the team they've lucked into.

Drove 12 minutes just for it to close on us when its open 24 hours... Just get the 2 cars infront of us, but not us yeah okay.......

I come to this Krystalâs every once in a while to get lunch for our office there is a young lady here by the name of Carlene that is just amazing so personable always make sure we have all the ketchup, mustard, straws, and napkins. We need just a sweet person with a great attitude wanted to recognize her!
