I showed up to Krystal’s tonight and waited in line for 45 mins. The old black lady with missing teeth never came on the speaker to tell us to hold on a minute or anything. She said NOTHING the whole time. So we moved up to the window to see what was going on and try to order our food. She opened the window with a huge attitude. Saying she was by herself (she repeated a good 5x) and wasn’t going to take our order at the window. She said if we wanted food we needed to drive back around to the end of the long line that was behind us. We had already been waiting for 45 mins with no communication. She was extremely rude!

The workers are some of the laziest people I've ever met. They constantly lie and try to say they are closed, and when you call them out that the sign up front even says they are 24/7, then they will try to pretend like they are only serving breakfast, even though the menu clearly still is offering everything. Most of the female workers are also extremely rude and disrespectful. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

This is a nasty place all the time. I don't think they ever clean and on top of it nobody had gloves on touching everybody food. Plus none of them had hair nets on. We drive off not getting our food do to seeing her touching the food with her bare handed. Plus the last few times been there the oil was so oil. It's like they want your money to pay the people but them people think they are worth more a hour but they can't take the time to make this place a nicer and cleaner place.

Pulled up to drive through, 3 individuals taking out 1 rolling trash can. Waited for them to get back in store for order to be taken. The Employee who took order was rude and interrupting while trying to order. The employee that served my food didn’t greet me. She took my card for payment and handed drink and shut window. Then after a wait came back and shoved food towards me and shut door. I had to wait and ask for my card back. Wont be stopping at this location again.

The classic insatiable Krystal burger cannot be beat. You can travel the world and I challenge you to get a better "mini" burger at an odder hour than 3:33 AM. The staff as always was top notch and sweet as they could be. Will definitely pop in next time I am in the region.

I've always loved Krystal, but my last experience was not good. We got in the drive-thru line at about 10 to 11 in the evening and spent 25 minutes in line. We had ordered 6 Krystals with cheese and two orders of fries and 1 coke and were charged $16.52, which when I think about what Krystals used to cost I can't help thinking that's a little outrageous, but it is what it is, but then we got on the road and a couple of miles down the road my friend said they only gave us one order of fries. I just assumed they hadn't heard me place the order for the second order of fries but then I looked at my receipt the next day and found out they had charged for both orders of fries but had only put one order in the bag. Disappointing but considering I enjoy Krystal, I'll still probably go back again sometime.
