Darrius is a boss. He was the only employee in the store and still got us our food in under ten minutes and it was fresh and great. Give this man a raise.

If I could leave negative stars for this place, I would. This is the absolute worst Krystals Maybe even the worst fast food place. The employees do not care whether you eat or not. They are too busy talking in the back. I was one of five people that left in the short time I was there. No one ever even acknowledged us. I previously came to this Krystal's about six months ago. I periodically have jobs in Huntsville that time I said in the drive-through nobody ever took my order or acknowledged. I was even there. I never leave reviews. But if you get 30 minutes or an hour for lunch, you shouldn't waste your time and go here. It's not gonna leave you with enough time to go anywhere else.

So I decided to order the jalapeno melt combo....I go to drive thru...when I get home 2 min later just to see that my food is cold as ice as it had been sitting around....so I thought I would try to call the store just to get connected to a customer service voicemail. Why would I wanna leave a message for a messed up meal today.....awful won't return

The staff was helpful and friendly. Made great time filling the Door Dash order I was picking up even though they were short handed. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

I ask for no onions and apparently that's not an option because they were all in it.. workers were friendly, but it doesn't smell good inside the restaurant. Changed my order to takeout.
I went to pick up door dash order only to see the whole staff outside smoking.. And when I proceeded to the window they had no record of the order..
