There was a discrepancy of a different price on the menu than what was charged. But, the stand-in manager who was covering for the normal manager made it right with good faith business practices. I applaud her for doing the right thing and it is a good omen for the company.

The food was amazing. I would definitely come back for the food. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was extremely juicy.
Came during a lunch rush. So I am giving the staff a pass, but there was some attitude from the person taking my order.
Hopefully, the parking lot gets fixed soon. It looks like they are working on it. Half of the parking spaces were taken up by equipment.

The men at the window was amazing to us beside he was having a little trouble and he had to get the manager help he was such a sweet heart but to that manger who was being a complete ass to him shame on u great job men keep the hard work up and have that smile on u all the time u got this don’t let anyone run u down

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a sack of 12 with cheese and we were told it would be 10-15 minutes! What? We left. We go here all the time and that has never happened.

I love Krystal, but this location has had the worst service for a very long time, until today. The gentleman at the cash register was friendly and fast. The food was good (although the french fries were a bit too salty). I was so happy to see these improvements that I even flagged down the manager and told him so.

Pulled up to drive thru order station. No one else in line. No one inside. I was the ONLY customer. I waited 8 minutes at the speaker. I finally pulled up to the pickup window. The 2 employees who were sitting in the dining area got up, came to the window, and took my order. Just as I finished ordering, two customers went inside. Both of these people received their orders before I did. While I was waiting for food, another person pulled up to the drive thru, and their order was taken at the order station.

Absolutely awful location. Everytime I'm told it's a hold on Krystal's and will be 15-20 minute wait to take my order even with nobody in the line and the one time I did wait it was cold. I love Krystal's but stay away from this location.
