A new employee helped me, she was kind and clearly trying her best. Instead of supporting her, the owner, Elin, reprimanded her in front of me. When I explained my order, Elin dismissed me and insisted they didn’t have it, even though I’d ordered the exact same drink a week and a half before.
The moment that shocked me most was when I tried to leave the new employee a tip to encouragement her for her efforts. I made it clear twice, yet Elin looked me in the eye, reached across the register, and refused the tip herself. When I asked her name, she immediately assumed it was “for a review” and cut off the conversation abruptly.
That defensiveness said more than words could. If an owner behaves this way toward both staff and customers, it reveals a much deeper culture issue. I will not be returning.

Great place to get boba, nearby parking is a bit tough but there’s a lot that are walking distance away. The dining area is a bit small. They’ve got a huge menu, I really like the consistency of the quality of the drinks and that they use Lactaid.

Always enjoy a boba drink! This place is in the heart of all Huntsville shopping! It’s got all kinds of flavor drinks and you can customize them however you want. The staffs are friendly and super helpful too! There’s also a French pastry/bakery place right next door so you can get your drinks and sweets right at the same place!

Teas are good and staff are great, but why does this place smell like noodles cooked in bleach? Extremely unappetizing smell that made me immediately turn around and leave as soon as I opened the door.
Always love going here. The tea is phenomenal and theres options for everybody!

Cute place! I felt that the drinks were on the pricey side for the size we got. But both tasted pretty good and the employees were super patient and helpful when I asked questions about what was in the drinks. They claimed all their drinks are dairy free which is awesome!
