Cute place! I felt that the drinks were on the pricey side for the size we got. But both tasted pretty good and the employees were super patient and helpful when I asked questions about what was in the drinks. They claimed all their drinks are dairy free which is awesome!

Wish I could give 0 STARS!! will NEVER come back to this location. We loved the one near Bonefish grill, but it unfortunately closed down. So we decided to try this location, as KFT is dear to our hearts. The staff were quite rude, not considerate of orders, got our order wrong, and possibly gave us old boba. After about 30 minutes of sipping on our drinks, we became violently ill and felt sick the entire night. Boba drinks have never affected us like this, and the drinks tasted awful as is. I was told I’d get a sweet, tasty drink, and it was bitter and mushy boba. DISGUSTING, DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!

I ordered the rosehip milk tea, and it was really sour for some reason. Also the boba was not pleasant and just kind of clumped together. My boba was also a third just foam, which considering how much the drink costs, was not great. Also, I just don’t think the staff has enough training. There was a couple of girls throwing around a piece of paper which kept landing in customers space. Considering how this is advertised as a cafe to chill and chat, the staff really should have nipped that in the bud. Instead, they chose to ignore the girls which resulted in the girls throwing the paper onto me. At that point the girls left, but the staff never acknowledged it. I’m just not a fan of either the food or the customer service.

They have pure teas (of all kinds) here without sugar and they made a very tasty boba tea. We like ours sugar free, so we enjoyed the slightly sweet honey dipped boba. Highly recommended!

I’ve seen several complaints about the service on here. As far as my experiences go, I have no complaints. (I’ve been here more than once.) They always seem so friendly. I really like their “Thai Milk Tea”. I got it with extra boba. The reason I didn’t wind up finishing it all this time is because I didn’t realize I needed to ask that it be made without ice (which is clearly my fault). (If I don’t, I might wind up waiting too long, & it’ll get watered down, which isn’t good.) If it weren’t for that, I might’ve finished the whole thing! I highly recommend this! Please stop by here and give these people your time & money! It’s worth it!!! (I would’ve liked to have come back today, but parking was unavailable, & it was raining, so in the end, I didn’t get to return today. I hope to come back pretty soon, though.)

Too commercial for my taste, and the staff did not seem allergy friendly. Their tea is extremely sweet and artificially flavored. Trying to find a light milk tea on the menu is really hard, it's all very strong flavors and total sugar bombs.
The prices are expensive for what you get and the teens working here seem very unfamiliar with the menu and didn't seem knowledgeable on allergy protocol or menu alterations/allergy friendly recommendations. I don't think I'll be back.
Dietary restrictions: Regular staff do not seem to have good allergy awareness or allergy food safety training. They weren't able to answer allergy questions about most menu items.
