La Finka Mexican Restaurant & Grill

My fiancé ordered over the phone, they repeated the order back, which was correct. However, upon receiving the food, it was made improperly. Called and told them that they made the order incorrectly and they asked if we were just calling to tell them, or if we wanted them to do something about it, we respond we just want our food we ordered, to be made... like we ordered it. They couldn't refund us the order because it was on a card... my fiancé then goes back inside the store and orders it, face to face, they repeat it back to him, he gets the food, and it's wrong, yet again. They told him what he ordered, is not what he said. He told them the order, yet again, was wrong, and they make it again, and it was made wrong.... AGAIN. We are very regular customers of this restaurant, love the atmosphere, the food, but this customer service is absolutely terrible. When we go in to the restaurant, I order the same thing every single time, never had an issue until today. I don't understand how they can't make the food right when not in the store. I am disheartened to not be going back to this place, as we have very many memories here, but the service is just not worth it. He had even spoken to the manager and she didn't seem to have a care about anything, she was laughing and smiling about it the whole time. Also, upon looking at their reviews on Facebook, one customer received rocks in their food, and the manager had said that "these crazy white people just want free shit" that is something I will definitely not support. As we look to find another "Mexican Restaurant" I will definitely keep them in mind when going out to eat with family and telling them our latest, and LAST experience. What a shame. One star is giving them sooo much grace.

Went to order over the phone for my fiancé, we are regular customers who appreciate this restaurants food, however tonight was the worst experience possible.. we specifically said our order, of one item how we wanted it, we always get the same order for my fiancé even when sitting down at the restaurant…. The lady repeated the order back to me as I ordered it, receive the order, it’s made entirely wrong, drive down to the store after calling when they said they could only give us a $3 coupon, when we just want the food made like ordered, like we receive in the restaurant EVERY TIME. I go in store, order it face to face, receive the food, it’s made even more wrong than the first time, ask them to make it again, mind you paying for every single item made incorrectly, because they somehow can’t refund money back on to a card, and made it wrong again. We will not be coming back, as even the manager was rude as well. I don’t understand how you can make something correctly when we’re sitting down in the restaurant, but any other time it’s incorrect every single time.

One star is generous. Its a reason why every other lot around them is full. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos in the mood for crunchy i regret not going on to taco bell next door to them. The meat wasnt seasoned. The shells were stale and chewy and when I called to let them know they insisted they were fresh tacos. I will not go back....EVER

Absolutely delicious Mexican food served in huge portion sizes. We split the Mar y Tierra and the pollo ixtapa entrees. Both were huge and we barely finished the meals. Left overly full. We really loved the fish and the shrimp especially. Everything here is very well priced and not expensive at all. The chips and salsa were complimentary. We walked in around 6pm and were seated immediately. Not crowded at all inside. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone hungry and wanting a ton of food.

It's just...not very good. Not bad, but not good. Overpriced for the quality. They seem to take advantage of a Sunday crowd by not offering any margarita sizes except the largest.
