Excellent quality of bread 🥐..🤤🤤🤤

Lady at register had the worst attitude ever. She was wearing a mask but can easily tell she was making a horrendous face at me. Asked her for a tray to grab bread and she raised her finger telling me to hold on. after waiting for 10 mins I asked again and she said to get in the line where people were paying. I just wanted a tray to get bread then line up to pay why would I wait twice when they had other employees doing absolutely nothing. and she kept staring at me as i grabbed bread. felt very uncomfortable this isn’t the first time the lady behaves rude. I understand she may be tired but that is not the way to serve customers. will now be driving to La Estrella Bakery in Decatur. highly recommend!!!

I bought a champurrado atole and it was already sour and I went to claim it and they gave me terrible service and they are not understandable, I had to throw it away 🥹. I do not recommend buying because of that bad service

Very bad service. The cashiers and the lady, who is supposed to be the owner, have a very bad attitude and are very difficult to deal with. The cashiers seem shady whenever those girls are gone, very bad service. Yesterday I went to bring several pieces of bread and they wanted to put it in one bag. The bread is delicate and I asked him if he could put it aside for me. Yes, but I'm going to have to charge you for the bags.

the tacos and everything from the taqueria was excellent !!

Beautiful (looking) authentic Mexican pastries but always very stale and old tasting. A bit overpriced for the product and always unfriendly and uninviting.
They have the potential to be a very good bakery by choosing proper weather controlled storage for the food and nicer staff but meh overall

Has a wide variety of bread
For lunch
But what I don't like
That's when I'm going to pay those who charge are always making faces
They serve you badly
As if they were asking for a gift and (maybe some will say that it is not mandatory to have a smile on your face)
But that's not it, I ask them something, I know where the box is in the back and they make a face.
You should check that out. I stopped going for a month for the same reason and I just went and there are always people who do the same thing ???

The rest of the products are good, I find what I'm looking for.

I went into this Mexican cuisine in my community just thought I would support they had no customers everything was in Spanish I get it, I let them know I don’t speak Spanish and that it was my first time there, before I ordered I looked around for there healthscore they had nothing posted, so I see they had a variety of different fountain drinks and I asked the flavors they were unable to tell me even when I used google translate, I asked if I could have a sample so I can decide she stated no, I also order a burrito they asked me if I wanted small or large I told them large the burrito is very small. I also ordered a large drink that was $5 and 3pastries items totaling to $30 when I asked why my burrito wasn’t large this rude staff flagged me away and walked off, the whole experience was very unsettling and I felt unwelcome
Because I was not Hispanic, I was extra nice because I didnt want any problems but I will not return and I hope anyone who reads this feel my hurt in my words when I was only trying to support never go there either

Very bad experience every time we go, especially because of the people who work there, very bad service, always poorly faced, it even seems that they are going to be asked for free, they should be kinder to customers

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are so rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering a cake with them. I have received such nasty attitude from the older lady there. I went to go pick up a cake on behalf of my mother, she was giving me such a hard time because the cake was supposed to be picked up at 3pm and I got there at 4pm due to being told last minute to go pick it up AS A FAVOR for my mother. I arrived and I showed the receipt and the older lady was being nasty and saying how the cake was supposed to be picked up an hour ago under her breath. 0/10 experience.
