Mal servicio. El pan está decente pero el servicio de estas personas en realidad es malísimo. No vale la pena entrar a comprar si ellas siempre van a atender con mal genio. Evítense la molestia.

Extremely rude and disrespectful service. They were selling tamales and my partner and I decided to purchase two to try. Every bite we took there were black strands of hair coming out. It was beyond gross.

Lady at register had the worst attitude ever. She was wearing a mask but can easily tell she was making a horrendous face at me. Asked her for a tray to grab bread and she raised her finger telling me to hold on. after waiting for 10 mins I asked again and she said to get in the line where people were paying. I just wanted a tray to get bread then line up to pay why would I wait twice when they had other employees doing absolutely nothing. and she kept staring at me as i grabbed bread. felt very uncomfortable this isn’t the first time the lady behaves rude. I understand she may be tired but that is not the way to serve customers. will now be driving to La Estrella Bakery in Decatur. highly recommend!!!

I bought a champurrado atole and it was already sour and I went to claim it and they gave me terrible service and they are not understandable, I had to throw it away 🥹. I do not recommend buying because of that bad service

Very bad service. The cashiers and the lady, who is supposed to be the owner, have a very bad attitude and are very difficult to deal with. The cashiers seem shady whenever those girls are gone, very bad service. Yesterday I went to bring several pieces of bread and they wanted to put it in one bag. The bread is delicate and I asked him if he could put it aside for me. Yes, but I'm going to have to charge you for the bags.
