Le Macaron French Pastries

I had such a good experience here today. The macarons were so delicious (I had the bubblegum flavor) but the star of the show was the sweet woman that served us. She was so helpful and even held the door for me so I could push my mother (who is in a wheelchair) out of the door. Her kindness had me thinking about her all day!

I recently visited Le Macaron French Pastries and was very disappointed with my experience. As someone with multiple sclerosis, I sometimes face challenges with my mobility, and visiting a café should be a pleasant break in my day. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

First, I ordered a Napoleon pastry, which was not fresh and seemed to have been sitting for days. Considering the high price, I expected much better quality. When I politely requested an exchange, the situation quickly escalated. The employee, Olivia, was very rude to me, which only added to the discomfort. The owner threatening to call security if I did not leave. She accused me of "terrorizing" customers and employees, which is an extreme and hurtful accusation. I was heartbroken to hear this, as I was merely trying to enjoy my visit and certainly did not intend to cause any discomfort to the staff or other customers.

I hope Le Macaron French Pastries takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their product quality and customer service. As it stands, I cannot recommend this place.

I came in here for the first time today, it's a nice place that is open before everything else on bridge Street. I enjoyed the coffee and donut holes. The macarons were wonderful aswell. Glad to have found this place!

I’d would have given 5 stars but I was shorted 2 macarons. I was charged for 10 of them and only got 8 of them. I guess I’ll need to open the box from now on to see that I got what I asked for.

OMG, these are hands down the best macarons I ever had in my life. They are pricey but worth the splurge. The staff here is friendly, and you can taste the freshness of the macarons. The flavor profiles are second to none. You may have had a macaron or two but I dare you to experience a macaron at Le Macaron French Pastries, you will not regret it! I had Red Velvet, Madagascar Vanilla, and Salted Caramel. WOW!!!

Good and colorful environment, nice staff…I only have tried the macarons, they are delicious but the price is really really high…

The Madagascar vanilla and lemon macarons are my go-to. Service has always been pleasant, too. Price is a little steep, but I feel like it’s on-par with other specialty dessert places. Definitely worth trying if you’re on the fence and want a light, sweet treat.

My wife purchased some from France for my birthday and was delicious. We dont have to go that far to enjoy them. The ones at leMacaron French Pastries were also really good. Highly recommend them.

I went and got some mini beignets and they are the right size and very good. The French can bake and cook. My son loves beignets. Next time I will get the wild berry.

Krystyna made my coffee yesterday and did so good. It was delicious and she is so sweet. Ainsleigh and Nicole are also amazing. ❤️

The girl working was so attentive and sweet, she helped me create a rose lavender latter that was amazing!! 5 stars for quality and service!

Worst latte I ever tasted. Wasted money.
