Little Caesars Pizza

Got no food nothing's ever ready. I came by at lunch to get just some breadsticks 11:00 one person in front of me didn't have any. It's going to be 30-40 minutes to an hour. They had other orders ahead of me so They said so I left. Came back about an hour later. Still didn't have any breadsticks had four or five orders ahead of me again supposedly What a joke and the people working there didn't give a damn will not be back!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Puzza tasted like it was from yesterday, they gave me the wrong pizza ( asked for a hot and ready peperoni, don't know what I got. Had peperoni and a bunch of burnt stuff on it and the crist and dough was as hard as a rock and inedible. Also tasted like they put a bunch of hot sauce or black pepper on it. We came tot he conclusion that it was an employees leftovers that they made into 4 slices and forgot about then decided that they would pass it off on the people that wernt from their neighborhood. Girl was very rude and short with us for asking for ranch, and and I should have checked it b4 I left with the little smirk she gave when she handed it to us but the kid wa hungry so we trusted she could do her job. Smh don't go here, every time I've been here it's been horrible with even worse service.

I don't know where to start. The service is crappy, they can't get a single order right and there is no professionalism here. I will not come back. This is pick up only, no dine in which is what most places are. Other little Caesars got their act together. I saw people come in for a refund and one customer brought their pizza back 3 times.

Always slow, however I will still wait 🙄 I just cannot get enough of the stuffed crust pretzel pizza 😍

Just awful

This Little Caesar location is the worst. Staff always appear inebriated or under the influence of a substance. Never take accountability for their inaccuracies. I placed an order via uber eats spoke with employee who blamed the uber driver for not reading the receipt. She explained to me they place the food in a locked which requires a code that the driver enters and they take the food from the locked box. As I stated to the employee the restaurant is responsible for accuracy fulfilling a customers order not the Uber Driver. She admitted sometimes all the food order does not fit into the locked box for pickup and they don’t place any notification in the heating box inside/outside to the delivery driver that cold items is include see cashier for the complete order. Your employee stuck to blaming the Uber driver for Little Caesars errors. Furthermore the part of receipt is under rather the pizza box so the driver would not have seen it. You received my money and did not make any attempt to compensate the customer/me for your error. VERY Unsatisfactory and an Unhappy Customer. You NEED Management!

Hate that place, longest wait ever!! And such bad customer service waited there for almost 3 hours and still didn't get my pizza, we just ordered from it and got burnt uncut pizza that taste disgusting, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have been waiting almost an hr for a 1 pizza. Horrible service!!!

Pizza is beyond greasy, the crust is never even. Thin in a lot of places, very long wait, employees are chewing and serving food. If you walk in you see the employees eating and preparing food. They never have enough food. Very long wait.

Going to this place was a mistake. Worst service I've ever seen at a pizza place, and all the employees are miserable. Seven people "working" at this location, yet one lady is running the counter, drive-thru, and walking pizzas out to cars. I was told it would be a 15-minute wait no matter whether I wanted a hot-and-ready or a special menu item. I placed my order and waited almost an hour for one small pizza and an order of crazy bread. A bunch of hot-and-ready pizzas started being brought out and sold to people. They got my pizza done in an astonishing 45 minutes, then I had to wait an extra 10 minutes b/c they "forgot to put in the crazy bread" (i.e., the pizza was cold by the time my kids could eat it). The only reason to go here is price and convenience. This place can't deliver on either one. I could have paid the same amount and had better food in a quarter of the time at just about any other pizza place. That was probably my last time to ever set foot in a Little Caesars.

Can someone please explain to me after I called to order 2 extra most bestest with a clean cutter, explained mushroom allergy to the lady why she told me with a modification like that, it had to be ordered online? When online doesn't allow modifications?!? I'm going with she was to lazy to place the order. Glad to know, we will not be placing our party order with you this Saturday of 15 pizza's. I will say anyone with similar experiences please go to Pizza Hut or Marco's, way better customer service and not once did Marco's question me about having to use a clean cutter. Do better Little Ceasers. I pray you never know what an allergy can do!
